I had gone in after months of research and saving up and wanted multi highlights with obvious highlights showing and keeping more red undertone. The picture on left is the coloring I wanted and the one on right is what I got. Everyone who has seen my hair says it's nothing like the picture. Nor is the cut anything of quality. I could have cut my hair probably better. Again picture on left is the layers I asked for (mind you I had very long hair and a lot to work with) and the cut (in right). This cost almost 500 dollars and it's heartbreaking that I wasted my money.

When I met with my stylist Katie, she gave me a thorough consultation and I provided her a picture of what I had in mind for the cut. Back to the salon...I was assigned to Tito who is phenomenal because he is wicked patient, listens and understands what I am looking for. My hair has been through all the things...bleached, chopped, dyed etc and honestly this salon saved my hair. They also have Oribe products.
