They did better than I expected and everyone was so impressed with the spray. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were perfect and fresh. They delivered it right on time for a very reasonable fee and the driver was great. I also felt the spray was very fairly priced and I got great value for what I paid. Jenny was extremely helpful, and worked with us to ensure our floral needs were met. We wanted coral peonies (a premium flower, so more expensive), and Jenny informed us that the coral color would not be in season for when we wanted it. She worked with us to ensure we understood what we were asking, and how she could accommodate our needs. Since peonies are huge-yet beautiful flowers, she informed us that they would not be ideal for boutonnieres or wrist corsages. She suggested ranunculus (which are like mini-peonies) and I AM NOW OBSESSED WITH THEM! They are beautiful delicate flowers and they worked for boutonnieres more than I could have even imagined! They perfectly suited our theme! We were also able to get centerpiece rentals through Jenny and Texas Blooms, and it was some of the best money we spent! Not only was it comparable to what you would find online price wise, we don't have to store any of the pieces. We also adjusted the amount of centerpieces to lower than the original projection. Jenny was able to work with us to give smaller flower pieces for our cocktail tables instead of the original amount of centerpieces needed. I was offered an upgrade to an extra large bouquet, which I accepted. this bouquet delivered as an all white arrangement and the order was made of cheap carnations and filler flowers and with half of the amount of roses that were promised to be in the bouquet. It was a very disappointing arrangement. When I called to place the order I was assured that Sophies Stems was a locally owned business (lies). when I called to complain about the order I was told that I would have to send an email so that the order could be investigated. It took a great deal of probing before the young lady on the phone finally admitted that I ordered my flowers through a third party agency. I am still waiting for an investigation and for someone to reply to my numerous emails. I paid $188 for a vase full of green filler and carnations. this business misrepresented itself on their web page and through their customer service. I encourage anyone who plans on using their services to find someone else. It is also impossible to review them on google, which I plan on contacting google about. Sophies Stems should not even show up in a google search if you are unable to review them.
