Beth was great at taking down my order, noting all of the details, and working within our budget. The delivery was perfectly on time. Truly it was a five-star service! They were amazing with their ideas and very reasonably priced. They knew exactly what I wanted even though I'm scatter brained and was all over the place with explaining everything. I am so impressed with the quality and service of this florist! I placed an online delivery order with a different florist company that notified me the day of shipment that they didn't have the flowers I ordered. I contacted Billowing Blooms at 3:26pm on a Friday and asked if they could deliver same day for me. The lady I spoke with was friendly and accommodating, she was so helpful! They not only delivered my flowers by 5pm but text me a picture of the absolutely beautiful bouquet. I will share my experience with everyone, because this is not typical service these days. Billowing Blooms went above and beyond and turned my frustration into a wonderful experience. The recipient was blown away by her birthday flowers.

I live out of state and called multiple florists to get a funeral spray. Billowing Blooms was great on the phone and I immediately felt comfortable with them. I sent them a photo of a spray I saw and liked online and asked them to keep the same idea but do what they thought was best but to incorporate purple with hints of pink. They did better than I expected and everyone was so impressed with the spray. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were perfect and fresh. They delivered it right on time for a very reasonable fee and the driver was great. I also felt the spray was very fairly priced and I got great value for what I paid. Thank you to Billowing Blooms for listening to us and delivering such a beautiful arrangement. I would highly recommend them! read more

I am from out of town and was ordering flowers for someone in Liberty Hill and had a hard time deciding which florist to use because I don't know the area. A lot of places didn't have great reviews and made me nervous. I luckily found Billowing Blooms and called to make sure I wasn't getting bf scammed (some of the florist websites look fake to me) and they were super nice and helpful and delivery was quick. read more

I walked into this shop and asked for 4 dozen roses in three different colors. Despite it being a few days away from the date I needed them, they were able to have them ready. These flowers were big, beautiful, and fragrant. The individual that received them also commented on their beauty and asked where I got them! I highly recommend giving this shop a call. read more

I was in a pinch and needed a nice flower bouquet. I found the store through a quick phone search and walked in at 4:59pm as they were closing for the day. The ladies working stayed late to make sure I had the flowers I needed. They threw together a gorgeous bouquet and I could not be more grateful they took the extra time to make it happen. Not only was the green arrangement they brought absolutely beautiful, but they were quick to answer my email regarding how to care for the plants, and even replaced the one I managed to decimate before I had emailed them for care instructions. My birthday just happened to land in the midst of the 2021 winter storm but my hubby still tried to do something nice for me. He called around to many florists but no one was answering their phones (understandably). No one EXCEPT Billowing Blooms. They stayed in touch with him to let him know when they had nice flowers back in stock and when they could deliver. And did they deliver! I received the most gorgeous array of mixed flowers I've ever seen. Stargazers, roses, gerbera daisies and a bunch of other beautiful flowers that I don't know the names of. The arrangement was absolutely dazzling. Add the exceptional service to that and I would highly recommend Billowing Blooms to anyone. I will use them again. The picture doesn't do the arrangement justice, btw. I can't take pictures worth a hoot. read more

This would be a 5-Star review if not for one thing... I ordered the flowers online which was simple and great. I called them the day of the delivery to see what time do they think the flowers would be delivered, because the never gave me an estimated time frame. You see I sent the flowers to my wife's office and I obviously wanted them to be delivered when she was there. So I called and No answer... So I left a voicemail. This was on Friday Oct 19th and still to this day I never got a call back. In the voicemail I simply said "This is Pierce, can you please give me a call back I have a question". Pretty terrible customer service if you ask me. But all in all the flowers were delivered to my wife along with balloons (even though it was the wrong balloon). My wife loved the flowers and it all worked it. Like I said could of been a 5-Star but no call back knocks you down a Star. read more

Shay returned my call and worked with me on getting the order placed, and, she would personally deliver the flowers to my dad's resting place at Bagdad Cemetary in Leander. Jenny was extremely helpful, and worked with us to ensure our floral needs were met. We wanted coral peonies (a premium flower, so more expensive), and Jenny informed us that the coral color would not be in season for when we wanted it. She worked with us to ensure we understood what we were asking, and how she could accommodate our needs. Since peonies are huge-yet beautiful flowers, she informed us that they would not be ideal for boutonnieres or wrist corsages. She suggested ranunculus (which are like mini-peonies) and I AM NOW OBSESSED WITH THEM! They are beautiful delicate flowers and they worked for boutonnieres more than I could have even imagined! They perfectly suited our theme! We were also able to get centerpiece rentals through Jenny and Texas Blooms, and it was some of the best money we spent! Not only was it comparable to what you would find online price wise, we don't have to store any of the pieces. We also adjusted the amount of centerpieces to lower than the original projection. Jenny was able to work with us to give smaller flower pieces for our cocktail tables instead of the original amount of centerpieces needed. The flowers were beautiful and fresh and for the first time I've ordered for my kids events- they stayed together throughout the night. Most don't make it through the pictures! I was offered an upgrade to an extra large bouquet, which I accepted. this bouquet delivered as an all white arrangement and the order was made of cheap carnations and filler flowers and with half of the amount of roses that were promised to be in the bouquet. It was a very disappointing arrangement. When I called to place the order I was assured that Sophies Stems was a locally owned business (lies). when I called to complain about the order I was told that I would have to send an email so that the order could be investigated. It took a great deal of probing before the young lady on the phone finally admitted that I ordered my flowers through a third party agency. I am still waiting for an investigation and for someone to reply to my numerous emails. I paid $188 for a vase full of green filler and carnations. this business misrepresented itself on their web page and through their customer service. I encourage anyone who plans on using their services to find someone else. It is also impossible to review them on google, which I plan on contacting google about. Sophies Stems should not even show up in a google search if you are unable to review them.
