I live out of state and called multiple florists to get a funeral spray. Billowing Blooms was great on the phone and I immediately felt comfortable with them. I sent them a photo of a spray I saw and liked online and asked them to keep the same idea but do what they thought was best but to incorporate purple with hints of pink. They did better than I expected and everyone was so impressed with the spray. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were perfect and fresh. They delivered it right on time for a very reasonable fee and the driver was great. I also felt the spray was very fairly priced and I got great value for what I paid. I am so impressed with the quality and service of this florist! I placed an online delivery order with a different florist company that notified me the day of shipment that they didn't have the flowers I ordered. I contacted Billowing Blooms at 3:26pm on a Friday and asked if they could deliver same day for me. The lady I spoke with was friendly and accommodating, she was so helpful! I received the most gorgeous array of mixed flowers I've ever seen. Stargazers, roses, gerbera daisies and a bunch of other beautiful flowers that I don't know the names of. This would be a 5-Star review if not for one thing... I ordered the flowers online which was simple and great. I called them the day of the delivery to see what time do they think the flowers would be delivered, because the never gave me an estimated time frame. You see I sent the flowers to my wife's office and I obviously wanted them to be delivered when she was there. So I called and No answer... So I left a voicemail. This was on Friday Oct 19th and still to this day I never got a call back. In the voicemail I simply said "This is Pierce, can you please give me a call back I have a question". Pretty terrible customer service if you ask me. But all in all the flowers were delivered to my wife along with balloons (even though it was the wrong balloon). My wife loved the flowers and it all worked it. Like I said could of been a 5-Star but no call back knocks you down a Star. read more
