Dropped by today and ordered an expensive arrangement from a picture on their website. one flower was not available so I asked for a substitution that complemented the pink, peachy theme (orange) and a touch of purple globe flowers. the arrangement that was delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered. the color theme -- and the unique shape of what was shown online -- did not match at all. I am very disappointed and unhappy. I thought I had found my local florist but I will never do business with them again. I received a bouquet from The Enchanted Florist for my birthday yesterday. My husband paid $85 (incl. fees) for an arrangement that looked like it could have been put together by a 5-year old. It consisted of 12 irises and a bunch of greenery. When I called to speak to the designer, Vicki, I was given a breakdown of the arrangement. She mentioned, among others, delphiniums that were clearly absent. I then sent her a picture to verify that I received the correct flowers. Upon seeing it she told me, yes, this was the correct bouquet, however, she could not explain what happened to the delphiniums.... She then suggested that I drive 18 miles (one way) to the store to have them added. No thanks. I will have my husband buy flowers from King Soopers from now on. read more

This company is an actual LOCAL Monument, Colorado florist....don't be fooled by online floral companies like Troy's. After almost getting duped online, I called Enchanted Florists. They were nothing short of awesome. In short notice, they put together a great arrangement...above what they said they would on the phone, and didn't try to burn me on the price. I've typically used online florists, up until this experience. I prefer to go local, and am happy that I found Enchanted Florists here in Monument. Let me start by saying the arrangement I bought was well done and beautiful. They were super friendly when ordering and helped walk me through to get what I felt would be the best purchase for my girlfriend. So with all that said, I am not ruling them out for future purchases and would consider them as it was well made and professional there. I did feel like more actual flowers would of come with the price given I paid another 33% of what they were offering at first for extra flowers (talking from $65 normal to $100). I got purple tipped roses which are breathtakingly beautiful and some sunflowers mixed in (her favorites). The arrangement when received had 2 sunflowers and 3 roses. But since I got all special flowers, my judgement of price may be off and we never discussed how much each flower was. I would of hated to see it without the extra price. However, I'm really upset about the next part. When you buy flowers 80% of the reasons you buy flowers are meant to be surprises, with the exceptions being funeral related. If 80% of your deliveries are meant to be surprises, why do you call the person receiving the flowers and say "hey my name is XXX from Enchanted FLORIST calling to see if this address is right and when I can deliver these"... Some backstory on why I'm upset. My girlfriend had not had a boyfriend on Valentine's Day ever. She's 31 and relationships just didn't work out. So I figured to be romantic, I'd be her first to ask her to be a Valentine, even though we already were dating for 11 months at this point. It will probably be something I continue to do every year to maintain romance. Since I ended up deployed during this time though, I got the idea to order flowers and ask her through the card that comes with. As stated above the ordering went fine, got the message, told her delivering to her work, address, added special notes to state hey it's in this building, and thought I covered all my bases. I ordered these 3 weeks in advance. Meantime I build up all the hype with her, letting her know I did something nice but not letting her know when, with who, what, etc. Just keep her waking up each day wondering if that day was the day and planting (pun intended) little reminders once in while. After all, the element of surprise is key to being romantic. The day of the arrival she gets a call from the delivery guy ruining the element of surprise all around. He not only took away the "when", but also the "what". He specified who he was from, which Enchanted Florist kind of makes that surprise pretty obvious given florist is in the name. I worked 3 weeks to build it up for dude to just give surprise element to it away unfortunately. I could understand the calling to check if in work due to bad weather in the area that week, but if absolutley necessary, can't they keep their name out of it? Saying something like "This is XXXX and I have a delivery for you, I need to confirm the address and time" would keep the surprise of what it is at least. He was still super friendly to her though. So not like they should fire him or anything, just need to remember these are being bought as surprises more than not. She still liked the flowers and accepted to be my valentine though, so that's good. I'll probably use them again, however, I'll wait until I'm back in town and just deliver them myself. TL;DR Pros: Great customer care, super friendly and helpful Very beautiful arrangement Neutral: Feel a little like I spent to much for what I got but unsure given the types of flowers I got - special purple tipped roses and sunflowers with extra buds to bring price form $65 to $100. Bad: Delivery people call to confirm ruining any chance of surprise if expecting one Would recommend the pre-made/pre-priced setups and delivering yourself if a surprise and possible. read more

I went to The Enchanted Florist to see about wedding flowers in November with my wedding being in June. Tammy responded quickly to my first couple of e-mails to set up a consultation, but when I tried to ask her about a time for that appointment I waited 6 days before I e-mailed her again to see if she got my previous e-mail. I was totally willing to brush that off at the time. We set up a time and the actual appointment went pretty well I thought. She told me to e-mail her my inspiration pictures and that she would get a quote sent to me within the following week. I sent that e-mail the same day as the consultation and after waiting 12 days with no response, I decided to e-mail her to follow up. No response. Another 11 days after that she e-mailed me saying that she wanted to follow up with me because she hadn't seen the inspiration pictures e-mail yet. I responded the same day thinking maybe my previous e-mails didn't go through. She got that e-mail and said it must have gotten lost in the shuffle and that she would talk to her suppliers in a couple of days to get me that quote. At this point it had been multiple e-mails that got "lost in the shuffle". Another 13 days goes by and I still haven't heard from her. So I follow up with her again in an e-mail to see what is going on. She doesn't respond. So I call the store the next day to try to speak to her. Tammy isn't in the store and another employee told me she would ask Tammy about the quote and have her contact me back. 8 days later Tammy sends me an e-mail with the quote for arrangements that didn't feel like what I had wanted in the first place. During the last 8 days, where Tammy didn't respond, I had talked to a different florist who got back to me the same day, set up a consultation, had a very detailed consultation where we discussed the whole theme of my wedding and our different options for flowers and the next day booked this florist for the same price range as what The Enchanted Florist was going to be. I wanted to give Tammy multiple chances, but I just can't believe it took 2 months to get me a quote that took a different florist 1 week to get me what I actually wanted. I have not heard from Tammy or anyone else from The Enchanted Florist since the quote e-mail. I'm writing this review 22 days after that e-mail. I think maybe she didn't want my business to begin with. read more

Ordered my wedding flowers from this florist and was hugely disappointed. I went in for a wedding meeting to go over what I wanted for my wedding. The florist showed me a gorgeous wedding combination I wasn't even aware I wanted. I was so excited to see my flowers on the big day. However what was delivered wasn't at all what was discussed. I accepted the flowers the day of without making a big fuss because I wanted to enjoy my wedding day. However when I called the florist after returning from my honeymoon to see why my flowers didn't come the way we discussed I was told they were upgraded with no additional charges. I then explained that yes they might have been upgraded but they were a surprise and not at all what I picked. I then went on to tell the florist that if a massive change is to be made with a brides bouquet they should really call to advise ahead of time so it isn't such a shock on the day of the wedding. Not only terrible service, the manager has an arrogant attitude.I ordered flowers and asked them to be delivered at 10AM. I chose this place because it is in the same town as my friend. So, they called my friend to tell her they would deliver them at the end of the day. So not only did they not respect my wishes, they ruined the surprise. And, then my friend had to wait the whole day to get them. When I called to ask about this, the Manager, Tammy, actually argued with me and told me they are #1 in customer service, and no one in her shop would ever do that--essentially calling my friend and me liars. Next time I'll use the SECRET WINDOW Florist. I used them once and they were WONDERFUL. I'll never use Tammy's place again. read more

I left some feedback on their website after it happened last year and was told to please give them another chance and this Mother's Day they would send an arrangement to my mom for free. Well, I reached out on that for this Mother's Day with no response...and oddly enough my feedback has been removed from their website, as well as their response to me last year. No bueno. I have used this florist twice now to purchase a corsage for my son's homecoming and prom dates. You can customize your arrangement to include flowers, 3 kinds of ribbon, tool, and arm band. The corsages are huge and worth the price. They give a military discount too which covers the price of tax. I will return each and every time for these type of events. You will not find a more beautiful corsage in town. My only complaint was this last time one of the roses was so small it hadn't even started to bloom...since they were mini roses the bud was about the size of a nickel. Would have liked to have had it replaced with one a little more mature. Since I had picked it up only a couple of hours prior to the event I didn't have time to wait around seeing as how busy they were getting other prom orders out the door. Will return but next time will also make sure I am happy with the size of the bud before leaving. Price sits at $30 approximately for a custom corsage. read more

This is the BEST florist in the entire Denver/Co Springs metro area. I have received numerous arrangments from them and all are the most beautiful and especially FRESH flowers. I received an arrangement last Wednesday, and this is Friday of the following week and they are still gorgeous, looks like they arrived yesterday. I find they not only supply the freshest flowers, their designs are spectacular. I'm not sure what happened with Rebecca B's order or negative review, but my experiences with Enchanted Florist have all been wonderful. read more

Last year I sent a flower arrangement to a friend at his job. It was a personal joke between him and I. His employer, rather than ask the employee who sent the flowers, called The Enchanted Florist and asked them. The enchanted florist gave them my personal information. The employer then sued me and my friend ultimately couldn't work there anymore. This was extremely unprofessional of the florist and they have no idea the financial hardship they've caused a small group of people in their community due to sharing our information. Nothing that was sent was harassing or threatening. It was a flower arrangement for an anniversary that wasn't worth celebrating--hence the joking celebration. I'm very disappointed that they would share my name with anyone, let alone someone who makes it a point to hurt anyone who questions them. read more
