My blood was not spun correctly and was mixed with the red blood cells. My scalp was so sore and this $1100 procedure caused more inflammation to my scalp which is the exact opposite of the goal of PRP. I know three sessions should've been done so that was my fault. After consulting with a coworker, Jen, the representative who checked me out, honored the original price. The problem is that she still charged me a total of $308 (tip included) without informing me. When I discovered the discrepancy, I immediately called and was told that the $140 had been credited back. However, I have to wait several days for 1. The charge to post. And 2. For the credit to refund. In the meantime I do not have access to those funds that had been allocated to go elsewhere. I spoke with the manager, Melanie, on Monday (incident occurred on Saturday), who was unable to provide any assistance. And the bank cannot dispute the charge because it is in pending status. I am angry that I was double charged and not even given the courtesy of a notification. Terrible business practice and I will not return.
