I have been doing small skin treatments (Botox, etc.) here or there since I was 25 years old or so; I am 53 now. In all that time of getting various skin treatments, I have never been more impressed than I was after my treatment here. First, while I was filling out the new client information paperwork, Dr. Brittney Sanders came in and introduced herself. I have never had a doctor do that! In every other case, I deal with the other workers first, and the doctor shows up just long enough to do the procedure. The personal touch really sets Top Tier Wellness and Beauty Medspa apart from everyone else. Then, we had a consultation. Because I had the threading done in the past, she went ahead and prepped the minimally invasive procedure. It was flawless. She made the pokes of the needle as close to pain-free as I've ever experienced. It was so clear to me that she was applying an enormous amount of skill in doing this, but she made it seem effortless. During the procedure, she wasn't deadly serious, despite her obvious skill.
