Love bloom room! They're always so knowledgeable about all of the products and are super friendly. Every time we come in we don't feel rushed and we're welcomed in the front! They have a deal for first time customers as well as occasional specials/sales in store. If you don't know exactly what you're looking for, you could definitely ask them for recommendations!

Update my husband just purchased 10 of the one to one pomegranates and we paid 14.99+ tax in the city not 27.99+ tax. It doesn't matter if Bloom has great quality and is super selection if they are gouging and overpriced, which they are. Terrific store with great employees and a very reasonable selection of both edibles and flower However, even though I spent about $550 last time, I should've looked more carefully at the prices today I came in to buy 10 boxes of the one to one edible and I found it five to $10 more than you will find it in San Francisco Sacramento Santa Cruz. This is an overpriced dispensary so if you've got lots of extra cash come on down. read more

Absolutely fantastic! Deja explained everything and answered my questions. I came in looking for a lotion to help with carpal tunnel pain. They explained the lotion and asked me my comfortability with edibles or being high. I told them I am not comfortable with being high which is why I wanted to lotion. They completely understood and helped me every step of the way. I admitted I knew nothing about this realm of items and they didn't judge me at all. I felt very welcomed and would highly recommend this business! If I find success in the products I bought, I will definitely be back! read more

Service was awful , caught them in multiple lies trying to get over on me and kept it to myself to see how many lies I could catch them in . They also tried to get over and add an additional percentage on everything while saying they were giving us discounts . The numbers didn't add up . I've shopped at over 7 different dispensaries, from stizzy to green cross to eaze etc. and this was by far the worst . Would never come back . read more

Hands down, best dispensary in the Bay Area. I stopped by Bloom Room in a rush and was really looking for some De La Bō pre rolls. A super friendly staff member was immediately there to direct me to exactly what I was looking for. Not only did I find the De La Bō prerolls I wanted, they cost less than they would have at my usual dispensary. Bloom Room Pacifica for the win! They have a listed promotion for a $5 pax era battery. They charged me $21.50 for it. when I asked why before leaving, after paying they refused to refund what they overcharged. This is the second or third time a posted promotion with them didn't discount properly. It feels intentional since they refused to refund the cash I literally just handed them. read more

Oh man!!! So many new dispensaries have opened up in Pacifica. It's unbelievable. I must admit ... this one's my fave. I kinda like that everything is ... behind the counter? Yet you can still browse without feeling harassed. No one suddenly comes up to you. It's a no pressure experience. Also, most affordable in the area. No 30% tax BS. And that's nice and honest. Staff has always been friendly and offered me reliable suggestions. I TRUSTED THEM *chefs kiss* with my weed purchase and they ever-so-delivered. My husband and I also happened to be driving around the city on XMAS during lockdown ... all moppy and mildly depressed as was the state of the world. Turns out we ended up at Bloom Room in the city. We didn't even know it back then... In conclusion, the fact Bloom Roomed also opened in Pacifica? Can't help but feel it's meant to be, bro. Glad they made their way to our little town! I don't have much experience with dispensaries - this is only the second one I've been to. I regularly use CBD to help with sleep but wanted to procure edibles to support intensive rest and creativity days. It had been a very long time since I last bought edibles because I had a horrifying experience even while carefully testing a new product from a line I was familiar with over a year ago. When I went it, I was warmly welcomed by a gentleman up front who set up an account for me. My dog was also with me and I love that this is a dog-friendly shop (he got treats and pets). Once I was ushered across the security threshold, Lidya was ready to answer all of my questions and provided two options to suit my needs. I went in fully prepared to be honest about how much I don't know and how awkward I am, but no one cared. Everyone was friendly and warm, and I left with what I went in for. I chose this dispensary based on the few reviews that were available, but also for the design and location. I will feel comfortable returning here. read more

I cannot say enough. AYour selection is impeccable and vast as well. Now for ownership, that is another thing. The biggest beef and I am not the only one as I have heard from other customers as well. What is with the $5.00 atm fee? This is an absolute slap in the face to your customers, and I can only equate it to corporate greed. Your employees work so hard to make each shop into a "local neighborhood shop" and in seconds you kinda put a damper on that. Maybe I am missing something, and I do know there are fees at the bank involved. But let's do the math. First off, you do have expenses as all business does but the profity margin at dispensaries is already high. The price point you set is to remain profitable. The beef, is at 5$ per swipe, at a modest 100 transactions per day is approx 15 k pure profit. So that encourages cash only as your bank machine has fees as well. Let us talk about encouraging cash............hmmmmmm. I love getting "cash" as well. I get that. But your adding 5$ per trans is really soaking your clients. With almost everything being cashless or cashless encouraged it almost feels like a trap. You have gone so far even as to switch out to a new debit system and "forgot" to put the 5$ per transaction fee notice back on the customer terminal so if the employee forgets to mention it you don't even know about it. Now I have heard other businesses charging this heavy fee but instead of being greedy they put it into their employees. Retirement funds, medical and health coverage or yearly bonuses etc. I know you have reward programs etc. and are a great business. I def may have it all wrong, but I have heard people really complain and with so many other dispensaries around, a switch is easy. I love your shop but this just leaves a bad taste. Like I said I am mostly uninformed and maybe totally wrong but with everything being so expensive do we really need such a high fee. The 1% give to the community is a start too. I don't recommend embarc instead I recommend future buyers to check the package date to ensure you get fresh weed for your money and not a rip off!.
