Finally got a chance to check out the new addition on San Bruno Ave. Friendly customer service and the bud tenders were very knowledgeable on the products they had. Rocky and another guy (Caucasian dude, can't remember his name) were awesome. They helped me out with some edibles to help with sleep and prices were good. Be sure to check out their menu of deals going on throughout the week! Parking could be hard on this busy street but it is easily accessible by Muni. read more

The product served is all high in quality, and pricing is incredibly fair. The neighborhood is residential, which can make parking tough but Pipeline is worth taking an Uber or the bus instead. I highly recommend this business. Parking was limited but not hard to find, its very conveniently next to the 8/9 bus stop which I definitely took note of because if I don't drive it will still be very easy to get there. The customer service was exceptional, the bud-tenders were friendly as well as knowledgeable in the product. The product quality & options exceeded my expectations because there was so many things I did not know or have not seen before but I will definitely be keeping an eye out on the online menu for any new products or deals they will have! I got one of the promo deals they were offering, it was hard to say no to that price! I love this place. There are quite a few positives. It's easy to get to you from the surrounding areas. The 9 San Bruno and the 8 Bayshore stop right in front of the shop on San Bruno Avenue, next to the Walgreens. There are two public parking lots in the immediate area. Don't park in the private lot for the grocery store down the block or the bus stop, you will get a ticket. The staff is amazing. Super knowledgeable, eager to share and willing to listen. They have a full spectrum of products and prices with new daily deals every Friday. They just lowered a lot of their prices making them competitive with anyone. I like their tax included prices, it helps you budget your choices properly. Definitely a go to if you're on that side of town, you'll like them so much you will look forward to going back. read more

Great customer service and friendly staff. Products are a bit over priced but it's at a convenient location. There are 3 different dispensaries in the 94134 zip code. The one on Bayshore sells the Raw Garden pre rolls for $17 and I get a 10% discount for living in the neighborhood. Pipeline sells the same pre rolls for $30 ... Unfortunately, I have to go with the best deal which means that I will most likely not be a returning customer. I hope they consider adjusting their prices. read more
