The aesthetic is really cool and relaxing. They have a full beverage bar, (including champagne) yes please! I saw Julia for the first time and she did an extensive consultation to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for, and boy did she deliver! I've always done balayage, but it tends to get brassy and my grays typically seep through after just one wash. I'm on 5-6 washes with the "reverse balayage" Julia gave me, and it's aging beautifully. I'm so happy with the color. Nobody else has been able to achieve what she gave me. I felt like I was really heard. Can't say enough good things. I started coming to Bloom Salon right when they first opened. I was in a panic before an event and called and got a same day appointment. They assigned me to Samantha, and it was the best luck ever! We quickly realized we knew many of the same people and instantly hit it off. Not only is she friendly, but she's also incredibly talented and always gives spot-on referrals. The whole staff is cheerful and upbeat. In October, everyone dressed up for Halloween, which made the place even more fun! Nikki was my stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair. I never had my hair professionally dyed. I've only used box dye at home, whenever I had the sudden urge to change my hair up. I addressed my concerns with Nikki before going in and she was realistic with what I should expect. I'm naturally black/brown and I recently had dyed my hair to a very dark brown. I showed her pictures of what I wanted and she explained that it is a process to get my hair to the colors in the photos since I was trying to go lighter. The outcome was amazing, she took her time and was thorough with my hair, and Nikki was very pleasant to top it off. All in all, a great experience. It's a very intimate salon.
