We had some work to be done on one of our cars, which required special attention due to the sensors involved. Royal was very understanding even though there was a situation with the insurance that was paying the bill. Royal was able to not only get the parts and repair the car in a reasonable time frame, but they went above and beyond with cleaning up the car. They removed some "Art" my young children had made on the inside of the car doors (which I appreciated) in addition to making the car look brand spanking new. What was interesting is that the last time we had to have our car worked on, at another body shop, they had to drop off the car at a dealer to get the sensors calibrated. Royal was able to do it onsite and get it done quickly, which was great! Royal also made it easy to get our rental car situation addressed. I will be going to Royal for any Auto Body needs, even though it's quite a drive for me to get there.

Winter resulted in a cracked spoiler, among other things. After shopping around, replacement prices…read morevaried drastically. Considering I didn't really understand the difference between my front bumper & what was actually a front spoiler, I was definitely out of my comfort zone. Two shops I spoke with on the phone were impatient and short with me when I explained I wasn't sure whether it was the bumper or spoiler. I was more than capable of sending a pic of the damage, but they pretty much hung up on me before I could say that. When I got a hold of Revive, they were patient and understanding & open to reviewing a picture I texted. They explained the process in detail so I could feel more knowledgeable and comfortable with the repair, and showed me the paint swatch that would be matched up on the new spoiler. It has been a few months since the repair, and it's still going strong. I returned about a month afterwards & had a previously poorly done driver side mirror repair by a different body shop, corrected by Revive. The previous repair from the other shop left the mirror off-kilter with a space the size of your finger that could fit through to the interior, the window's rubber track askew, and the paint chipping from a lack of primer. That job was $250 to get that crappy nonsense of a repair. Revive corrected the other shop's many shortcomings, and left the mirror looking as close to new as possible. Revive reps are very customer service oriented, knowledgeable, and competitively priced. I am confident in their quality, comfortable to trust them, and happy to have found them.

Not only from the body work but the extra touches. Joe and his staff do an incredible job. They have done collision work, rust work, cosmetic custom work, rebuild work to my vehicles. I advise Joel the problem and brought the car back. his mechanic checked it and said that the power steering pump was bad and needed to be replaced. also there was a sensor that needed to be replaced. he charged me $500 for the work. when I got the car back the power steering was still not working properly and he had the mechanic look at it again. this time he said there was a leak in the power steering fluid line that needed to be replaced. Joe tried to charge me an additional $500 for the work that the mechanic didn't see the first time. this shop is a complete rip-off. would not recommend this shop to anyone. he purchases cars from insurance companies that claim them as complete losses and then has his mechanic tuned them up and he does the body work. Joe is just a fast talker trying to make a quick Buck. don't visit this establishment.
