Doug and his team are great to work with. With detailing it's important to communicate what your expectations are so its upfront what can and can't be done so that people are not disappointed. Setting the appointment was easy and I left my car for the day for a full detail. I usually detail the interior of my cars and know detailing is not an easy job and takes a lot of patience, time and a need to be detail oriented. But these guys took it to a whole new level and left my Mazda brand new. They cleaned out the road tar residue and polished the car where I can see a mirror-like reflection. Found these guys on yelp for Car detailing services. I found out they did home visits so I was happy to have them come and detail my car. I agreed to complete detsiling inside, engine clean as well as outside wash for $180. Oh my god, these guys spent 3 hours scrubbing, using a bunch of different machines etc to get the car cleaned. I'm not joking, looks like a brand new car! I have an old penny stuck in the cup holder for years and couldn't get it out - they did and it looks like u can eat off the damn car!!! I did a grocery pickup and had milk spilled on my carpet. They did a thorough clean inside on all carpets, mats and surfaces. He even sent a spray home to use the next week to make sure there was no residue left. And told me to bring it back if the smell returned. Doug, and his team, definitely take pride in their work. Since I was bringing it in I also had them do the exterior. I think it was shinier than when I bought it! Wonderful job! My car had been neglected for some time and I just did not have the energy to do it myself. I opted to do just the interior detailing at this time. They got all the crumbs, residue in every nook and cranny, which is such a relief. The most amazing part, though, were the seats! The car had collected a multitude of stains over the years. Most of which happened about six years ago due to some unfortunate events...so they were there for a long time. I wasn't expecting much as far as stain removal BUT they got them out! It's beautiful! I should have done this a long time ago but at least I get to enjoy it now. :) Note: They were in contact with me the entire way which was super appreciated. Very happy with our experience with Prime Detailing. We brought our 2018 Malibu LT in for a full detailing (inside and out) and they did a fantastic job. They were great about communication when scheduling and with drop off and pickup. They got the job done within the timeframe they quoted and their work was great.
