First off let me start of by saying that I am EXTREMELY picky when it comes to cleaning my Shelby...and it's gloss black, so just know it's a pain. And all washes include a complete detail after. I bought my car used with low miles, however whoever owned it prior didn't take the care I would have when cleaning. Most people wouldn't notice imperfections in the paint after I cleaned it...but I knew where every swirl was. All that said, I recently made the decision to do paint correction and ceramic coating. Let me tell you there is no standard in terms of what one shop charges vs. the other. So after all my research, I was left to trust my instincts. One of the shops I called was Detail City. I ended up leaving AJ a message and received a call back the same day. He spoke to me about the process and offered to come to my home to look at the car...REALLY!?!?...you'll come to me...Yes he did. AJ showed up at the agreed upon time and he was definitely the epitome of professionalism. He looked at the car and advised on what he recommended. Unlike the typical sales person, he wasn't about the hard sell...he instead choose to educate me and let me make the final decision. After our convo and a handshake, we agreed that I needed minor paint correction and ceramic coating was the way to go. Fast forward a few days later, he came by and picked up the car to start work. They took it in and thoroughly went over it top to bottom. After said inspection, I was contacted and told I can come in to be shown what they found or they can take pictures. I opted to come in. I showed up and to my surprise, the same AJ that showed up to my house well dressed and professional, was now in a t-shirt putting in work on my car...this guy is the real deal. We went over the car, he advised what he can do and left it up to me on what I want him to do. After discussing my options, I advised that I want him to do EVERYTHING possible to make it perfect. He quoted me a price and they got to work. After all was said and done...I showed up to pick up the car and AJ made sure I thoroughly looked it over and wouldn't let me leave until he was absolutely positive I was happy...and believe me...I was BEYOND happy. My husband and I took both of our vehicles to Detail City last week. Our cars are both 5 years old and we have been talking about taking our cars to get detailed for some time. I recently came across Detail City online and decided to take a chance. From start to finish we had a phenomenal experience! AJ is great! Very customer focused and willing to work with you to ensure you are happy. They showed such great customer service from picking up and dropping off our vehicles to making sure we were ok with the pricing. Our cars came back beautifully!! They got them in pristine condition. They looked almost new. The interior in my car had light colored leather and the coloring of my jeans had bled into the leather over time. When I got my car back there was no trace of it anywhere. My tires looked amazing. Our cars haven't looked this good since we first bought them. I would definitely recommend Detail City to anyone looking for detail service for their vehicles. We recently purchased a used van. Since the exterior of this van is in very good condition, we decided to look for a local business that performs hand car washing, as those automated car washes can damage the finish. Searching on the Internet, I found Detail city, which is a business located nearby in our town. We spoke with A.J. and set up an appointment. We were so impressed by the service they performed, that we made an second appointment with them to perform a supreme detail our second vehicle, a 14 year old, rather sad looking Caravan. A.J. came out to our house and looked at the vehicle before we brought it in, and explained in detail what they would be able to accomplish, as well as how long it would take. I visited Detail City while visiting from Toronto. I was very impressed by the 3-step paint correction done to my Toyota Camry.... Detail City made my car look brand new.. And at such an affordable rate too! I got more then my money's worth, considering how the surface of my car will have added protection against the harsh Canadian winters. Detail city also exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and attention to detail when it came to cleaning all the pet hair from the interiors. Detail City is AMAZING! I have a white CRV which ended up with thousands ( ... like tens of thousands ) of black spots all over the car. It looked like tar but was in fact something called artillery fungus. It seemed as though repainting was going to be my only option, when they found a way to get it all removed. It was so manually intensive to get it off, but they did it and my car looks great. In fact the paint looks better than when I bought it 2 years ago. Huge thanks to this team!! read more

Very happy with my experience with Detail City. Brought my car in for an interior and exterior detail. Explained to them that I was getting the detail because I was planning on selling the car. Not only did my car look gorgeous when I picked it up, they also cleaned out the engine block complimentary and took photos of my car for me to post online! I walked in and asked for a car wash and minor interior cleaning/vacuuming. I was happy they offered hand washes because they were able to clean every part of the car as opposed to getting it washed at an automated car wash where the bristles miss a few spots. They also cleaned my floor mats very well considering that they were covered in a ton of dirt and salt stains! Everything was handled professionally and quick. read more

Getting your car detailed is a lot like getting a haircut; there's no other feeling than knowing your car is the cleanest on the road. Detail job was phenomenal, every nook and cranny was clean and paid attention to; interior and exterior.
