Bloomies did an amazing job on the flowers for my daughter's wedding. I worked with Linda from Pennsylvania to plan the flowers we would use for her reception and in her bouquet and Linda and her staff did an amazing job. She was so helpful and so easily accessible up until the day before the wedding. I am so grateful for someone who has such an eye for detail and such a genuine care for customer service. We have worked with Sue for the last several years when my husband would send bouquets to my daughter while she attended The Masters University, every time the bouquets were more exceptional. I cannot recommend this floral shop enough. They are the best!

Wonderful service and an even more wonderful bouquet! The amount of beautiful flowers in this shop is so amazing. The owners were also very welcoming and helpful.

I'm a repeat customer here and never been disappointed. I send reference pictures and the bouquet comes out even better than the pictures I sent as a reference. Great establishment, everyone there is nice and welcoming.

I wanted to try and get some flowers sent locally to Newhall on a Friday, and thought that since I was ordering them a little later (1pm), they would be delivered on a Saturday -- no problem. To my surprise, the flowers were delivered by 3pm that same day!! WOW!!! Ordering was SUPER easy and I did it all online. They had options for your basic arrangements, or you could really make it a premium arrangement. There were some instructions since it was a gated community, but there were no problems and the flowers were delivered quickly! I would DEFINITELY use them again for any floral needs in the SCV.

Horrible. Ordered flowers and balloons for delivery to my wife for our wedding anniversary. The site just says Mylar balloon's so I assumed that the card saying happy anniversary would get balloons fitting that.....wrong. Then the flowers I picked from the picture doesn't come close.....

I really like the staff and service from Bloomies, thanks Linda! So much so, that when my daughter got married a few months ago, I steered her straight there. She was ecstatic with the flowers and their excellent service! Thank you so much! They also handled another amazing Thanksgiving for us.

My son ordered a corsage for his prom date, and it turned out beautifully. Linda made sure the flowers matched the dress perfectly. The arrangement was fresh, elegant, and ready on time. Highly recommend Bloomies for quality flowers and great service!

I didn't meet Linda, but spoke with her on the phone and via email. I was looking for an 8" bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere and felt confident entrusting her with my desired look. Pretty sure I got ripped off. I understand substitutions have to be made sometimes. I just didn't realize I was paying for flowers and just getting leaves. I was charged $90 not including tax and delivery. It's extremely upsetting when you are sending a sympathy bouquet to someone who has just lost a loved one and the place you purchase from could care less about the product they deliver. read more

Friends sent me flowers for my birthday that they ordered on-line. The bouquet was spectacular with unopened lilies as part of the arrangement. I changed the water and pulled out a few dead blooms but the bouquet lasted more than 2 weeks, with the perfume of the lilies as they opened. read more

Bloomies really came thru for me today! I called my regular florist and they couldn't accommodate me for my order of a corsage and boutineer for my 1st Daddy - Daughter dance. I know I called them last minute and they're person who regularly makes their corsages was out today, but when I worked for a florist they would always be able to make a quick one if needed. So, i drove across town to my trusty backup and Henriette was more than willing to whip one up for me. They are beautiful and my daughter will get her flowers for her 1st dance. Bloomies was the 1st florist I used when we moved to the SCV. We moved further into the valley in Valencia and I started using someone else. I love the awesome service by flowers shop employee that answered the phone . I called at the end of the day & she took the time to take a few pic of Fowler arrangement she had at the shop that we're not on the website & emailed them to me . I called her back & picked a beautiful arrangement that fell within my price range. Charlie the driver called me to let me know he couldn't find the location . After a few calls to my friend we realize she gave me the wrong address . She was hard to reach due to her being at work . Charlie was beyond patience & Waited for my call. His wonderful wife made the delivery . My friend that was receiving the flowers just had her dad passed away . She let me know she loved the flowers . The BEST flowers arrangement she has ever received . She was looking forward to putting these flowers right next to her dad casket for the service . The was a problem with the initial delivery, but what made Bloomies stand out and shine was their amazing customer service and service recovery. This is the only florist I will use in the SCV. I am a long-time resident of the area and have used other florists, but Bloomies has an eye for bouquets and the flowers are always fresh. Yesterday, I needed something delivered between 3:00-3:15 pm out of the area for a presentation via Zoom. I called Bloomies at 3:00 to verify it was on the way. I received a beautiful bouquet from my daughters for Mother's Day. But after one day they started to collapse. I called to request a replacement bouquet as they should of course last at least 5 days. The gentleman that answered the phone said he'd replace them, and asked me to bring the bouquet in the next day. I called at almost closing time. My problem with this is he asking ME to Bring it back for a replacement?! The shop should have sent me a new bouquet, not ask me to take Time out of my day to return a gift that was sent to me. My kids spent their hard earned money, and although it was gorgeous the first day, it did not last more than 2 days. If he had simply apologized for sending old flowers and sent a new one the next day, I'd have given 5 stars. read more

Still doing curbside pick up. I can in, pay over the phone and call when I get there and the owner brings the arraignment out to my trunk. Zero contact. I believe you can go inside too with mask use. The flowers are always beautiful. Would definitely recommend read more

Due to some crazy turn of events, I chose Bloomies at last minute to be my wedding florist. Henriette and Sami were amazing!!! I live in another state and only had a few minutes to sit and talk with them about what I wanted. I was nervous about the final product they would produce, but at that point I did not have much choice. Their prices were on par with other florists I talked to in the SCV and definitely cheaper than the people across the street from them. The day of my wedding came and I was floored. Bloomies had absolutely beautiful arrangements. Everyone complimented me all day on my good taste, but I can really only thank Bloomies. read more

I threw a birthday tea party for my best friend's 60th. I wanted to have a floral centerpiece to make my table look extra special. I remembered that one year my husband sent me gorgeous flowers from Bloomies so I went with them. I know flowers! Used to work in the biz.. placed an order for $75 including delivery, explained I wanted a special arrangement for a friend, my friend sent me picture, and it was a bunch of mums, carnations, stock, green leaves, one lily, 2 roses!! WTH!!! That's not $75 worth of flowers!! Crap, cheap flowers!! What a rip off... and it wasn't professional looking at all.. I will never order or refer to this business! Shame on you!! read more

From the moment I called, I was warmly welcomed by their friendly and knowledgeable staff. I even got a call from them expressing their gratitude and complimenting the beauty and quality of the flowers. Very affordable in cost. I received this most amazing flower arrangement from a family member. It was gorgeous and it lasted forever long it seemed. So as I found out it came from Bloomies I wanted to go see what else they possibly had. Wonderful selection of orchids and the people who own this place are wonderful and very knowledgable. They were able to give me tips and I have been extremely happy with all the plants I have ever bought from there. Great place for any kind of flower need. Highly recommend this to everyone. Absolutely a HORRIBLE place!!!!!! I've never been so disrespected in my life!!! Racist retired Sheriff owns the place and makes a horrible face for the remainder of the sheriff department. I have a lot of love and respect for cops but this guy and his wife don't deserve your business. I will never go here again and the flowers are sub par...
