RGB numbers and was allowed to pick up the day before my event and return 2 days after my event. The letters themselves were handmade and quality. Our 7YO is in an LOL Surprise fan, so we were thrilled someone could dress as Diva from the series. We had Audrey as our entertainer, and she was a true professional from beginning to end, texting clear details of her upcoming booking with us, showed up on time the day of, and she had such a sweet and friendly demeanor. She came dressed to do face painting, (a true artist! Some images were painted on kids arms), shared magic tricks, then made balloon animals. She then changed for photo ops in the famed costume and our kid guests just had such a blast with her! As busy parents it really made such a difference to have a stress free party and Audrey fit the bill perfectly. We will definitely look to Copy Cats for Kids for future events.

After checking so much online this seemed to be the only place that had black bouquets so I decided to head over. Once I got there it was A MESS!! I understand people are going crazy and leave everything for last minute (including me) but it was way too MESSY! I headed to the aisle where everything I needed was supposed to be, and of course didn't find anything. I found an employee and asked him if he knew where it was and he said "sorry I don't know" woah, okay. Is there anything you can do to help tho? I decided to go to the front to try to find another employee and she said because it was already halloween they get too busy and their inventory doesn't update (really?), therefore they didn't have what I was looking for. Sue took care of coordinating the venue setup, provided decorations and also worked with catering vendor so we could enjoy a stress free evening. Of course their dj was fantastic, great song selection curated by Sue based on the crowd we described. Dance floor stayed full and everyone had fun. Dj led a wobble lesson and everyone joined in. Sue had lots of little suggetions that enhanced the party experience. All our family and friends tell us it was the most fun they have had in a long time
