Definitely the most unique Party City I've ever seen! The COVID-19 percautions they are taking, are all employees and customers are required to wear masks, as well as social distancing being enforced. It always makes me feel safe to shop when there's a mask requirement! Inside they have all of their Halloween animatronics setup! It's so fun that they have them setup so that you can interact and see them before possibly purchasing any. Beware! They are all on sound sensors so they may turn on out of nowhere! A nice lady in a spider man costume had a little iPad and you tell her the number and size of the costume you want to try on, and your name. Then she tells you to follow this little path marked by Halloween stickers to a table where they give you your costume and you can return it if it dosent fit. This is a very prompt system and is much better than other Halloween stores where you have to search through unorganized shelves to find the right size

I got 9, 24" balloons. The staff did an AMAZING job filling them. What stuck out the most was they were all the exact same size. A lot of times a store will fill some all the way up, and some partly up, so they look mismatched, not the case here. They also chose really pretty matching strings for each balloon, and even tied the knots perfectly. They have tons of un-inflated balloons to choose from as well. The staff was very courteous and helpful, especially loading the balloons into the car. They have customers in us as long as we're in the area, which should be a very long time. Can't recommend them enough.

Later, after posting a negative review I am now being emailed that they will not accept it period. Extremely unprofessional. This is what differentiates the big companies from small ones like this.
