My husband worked directly with Jennifer. She was knowledgeable, kind, respectful and thorough. Once a plan was made they recommended other contractors to cut down the oak tree and extend our retaining wall, and repair our irrigation system. All three were excellent. The crew from the nursery came one day to take out all the old bushes (they worked very hard) then came back the next day to work their magic! By the end of the day, our yard was incredible! Another landscaper working across the street asked to take pictures he was so impressed! Their prices were very reasonable and their designs, plants and landscaping mulch and rocks were beautiful! I can't say enough about their service, work ethic, quality products and reasonable prices. Thank you Kilpatrick Nursery!!!

I said No. So... they ended up delivering at 6am. Completely unacceptable. Noise ordinance is 9am on the weekends. Received multiple complaints from neighbors, and had the authorities called on us for the noise. Not only that, I clearly mentioned to put the sod on the driveway. They delivered all of the sod ON our graded soil that we had gotten done the whole week prior and even drove on portions of it. We had to get it all redone and had to work around the pallets of sod. Complained to the driver, and to the company. Nothing but empty apologies. All around bad experience. There are many other sod companies around. Just use others and avoid this one.

Amelia helped me by putting together an arrangement in my price range. The flowers were very fresh and smelled great (got a few roses and a couple other flowers along with some plant fillers). While waiting for my pop in arrangement (didn't order ahead) I was able to pick up a little stuffed bear and candy for my daughter. Everybody in Huffs was pleasant and willing to help with my needs (no matter how simple). They'll be busy for the week ahead (Valentines on Tuesday), so I'm glad I stopped by and didn't have to be rushed. All were a big hit with the ladies!
