I gave Rosaspina a call and the knew exactly my order, was very pleasant on the phone, and was also eager to celebrate. I was told a photo of the flowers would be sent to me as well. The flowers were delivered an hour or so later. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, the flowers turned out to be a piece of art. Absolutely stunning! A bright birthday bouquet that was perfect. I loved the detailed email updates, the studio photo of the creation, and the delivery was wonderful. The flowers came in a stylish square vase. The problem was that I placed the order well after the cutoff time for same-day delivery. Shortly after ordering, Todd called me personally to explain that their driver was already out making deliveries and that it was unlikely the flowers would arrive that day. I told him I understood and mentioned that it was for my friend's birthday. That's when Todd said something I don't hear very often anymore: "You know what? I'll make sure your friend's flowers are delivered today no matter what." And he did. In a world where customer service often feels automated and impersonal, this level of care and commitment is incredibly rare. Todd went above and beyond to make sure my friend received her birthday flowers on time. To top it off, my friend sent me a photo of the arrangement, and it was absolutely beautiful.
