I gave Rosaspina a call and the knew exactly my order, was very pleasant on the phone, and was also eager to celebrate. I was told a photo of the flowers would be sent to me as well. The flowers were delivered an hour or so later. I wasn't sure what to expect. Well, the flowers turned out to be a piece of art. Absolutely stunning! A bright birthday bouquet that was perfect. I loved the detailed email updates, the studio photo of the creation, and the delivery was wonderful. The flowers came in a stylish square vase. Cost: $58 for standard, $115 for deluxe, and $173 for premium. $20 for hand delivery. I left a $10 tip for their excellent service. This local florist in Montclair, NJ is top tier. Thank you!

I spoke to Melissa on the phone and expressed to her my dissatisfaction over having my order cancelled on my grandmother's birthday. Melissa was not very helpful. She was defensive, unhelpful, unapologetic, and at times would not let me get a word in edgewise. I really hoped that we could come to a solution that worked for both of us, but she abruptly gave me the name of another florist in the area that would take same-day deliveries. The conversation left me with an extremely sour taste in my mouth, and I informed Melissa that I would be leaving her a negative review on Yelp. Since then I have received an e-mail from her threatening me with legal action for exercising my right to free speech. I told the woman on the phone that the flowers were for a dear tailgate friend and she found a small NYG helmet to include in the arrangement to personalize it.
