    I love Bloomingdale's with all the luxury brands names they have to offer. Always feeling classy stepping into the store with various products from make ups, shoes, perfumes, sunglasses, fine jewelry, and so much more. Went to the Chanel counter to purchase some liquid foundation for replenishment. Staff did greet me, but didn't feel the friendly vibe. She definitely seems unhappy to be at work. I brushed it off, maybe she had a bad morning start. After check out, I just roamed around and other staff had more positive vibes. Easily greeted me with a smile at other counters. The store is super organized and very maintained. Despite of the situation at the Chanel counter, I will continue to shop at Bloomingdale's.

    Ambiance: The cafe here is so cute. The gentleman serving was also so kind, funny, and attentive. Taste test: Highly recommend the fries so good!! The chicken sandwich was so flavorful. Only ate half but I was so full after.

    I am very picky about my linens and Bloomingdale's always has the best. I bought the Hudson Park Collection this time in the 680 and 800 thread count. It's their higher quality so the price is a bit pricey but best to buy when they have their big home sale. Service was great. Eleanor helped me and she was very pleasant and helpful.

    Today was cool , didn't get to much but some cologne ... sad to say I wanted creed but the lady at creed didn't even have any in store in stock like why try to make a sale when you didn't even have the cologne in stock I was about to buy 2 more from "Creed" section and the lady failed miserably she even tried online to send to my house and still nothing at that point I was over it I walked out but the other guy over at the other part of the store took care of us .

    After my disastrous experience with Bloomingdales a few years ago, i thought i would give the store another try due to them having the shoes my mother wanted. At the store they let us know that they did not have the San Edelman "Clara" shoes in a 7.5 but they could order it online. While checking out, the sales person guaranteed that it would get here in a week. We also agreed to open a credit card because it would give us a good discount and free shipping to the house. Well it has been more than a week since we ordered it and the shoes arrived. The shoe box describes the correct shoe but when we opened the box it was not only the wrong shoe but it was used with scuff marks and a bad odor. Very upsetting. We called the customer service number on the receipt to rectify the situation and get the correct shoe thinking they would be understanding and apologetic but we got quite the opposite reaction. We were put on hold for ten minutes then we spoke to Daniel, who said "it's still black shoes." For him, this might be okay but clearly it's not okay. He explained our only option is to return the shoe first and wait another who knows how long until we get the correct shoes. I told him no. We would only be returning the shoes once we get the correct pair and we want it to be expedited to us. To do that, he said he's going to charge us for both shoes... I'm not sure if that sounds okay with you, but for me it didn't. Daniel was rude and did not seem to understand why we are so upset. Bloomingdale's needs to urgently work on their customer services and create policies that will prevent this from happening to other customers. We now await for the correct pair of shoes and for someone to hopefully contact us to rectify, explain why this happened and apologize. Please be careful when you're ordering items to be sent to you from another Bloomingdale's store and keep low expectations for dealing with its customer service.

    Restaurant on the patio is SURPRISINGLY GREAT !! If you haven't been here on a sunny day, then you are in for a real treat! We were shocked at how many delicious menu items they can offer from such a small kitchen. They really take pride in the preparation of their dishes so that the quality has been consistent every time we've been there. Once we discovered it, about seven months ago, we kept going on a regular basis, and have never been disappointed. The service at lunchtime has been excellent every single time we've been there. They are relaxed and welcoming, and even allow dogs on the patio, while keeping it a clean and bistro like environment. The salads are my favorite, but their Panini sandwiches and wraps were popular with our guests. We have even taken business clients there, and they were so surprised at the quality of the food and generous portions, not to mention the ambience. I hope this wonderful gem doesn't get overcrowded by this popular review, but I also hope it stays here forever with the same great staff and quality chef.

    This is one of my favorite outdoor malls in the Orange County area for mall walking. The mall does tend towards high end stores with a small smattering of standard stores but in general, there are a wide variety of stores. Plenty of dining options from high end or quick casual. You can even do your grocery shopping here as there is a Whole Foods market. They occasionally have special events. I happened to be here during the Lunar New Year event so one of the areas was decked out with Year of the Horse decorations. I also always walk by the Koi pond to see how the fishes are doing. No Movie Theater: For a mall of this size, it's pretty disappointing that they don't even have a movie theater to catch a film. The Silver Lining: Parking: The only consistently good thing about this mall is the parking situation. No matter when you visit, there always seems to be plenty of parking available. Final Verdict: It's a beautiful outdoor space to stroll through, but as a practical place to shop or find entertainment, it's just not the best.

This location is located in Fashion Island (an outdoor mall) next to Bloomingdales near the Food Court and Barnes & Noble. It is always crowded but they have a good stock of inventory on all their items in a variety of sizes for both males and females. Even though it is crowded they have a ton of employees too and even when there is a long line to checkout, the line always moves quickly. Recently ALO online switched to using AI for its customer service and even if you have the highest All Access 1,000+ point status (like I have) and you're supposed to get the 'priority customer service' the AI that they have attempting to help you is so shitty (and then even when you're supposed to speak to a real person on the priority text messaging service, they lie and it's still really AI on the chat) that I'd much rather come into the store and deal with real people! The employees in this store I have always found them to be helpful and very kind and a million times better than the ALO AI - hence the 5 stars!

Additionally, I ordered my veil through the boutique and had scheduled an appointment for alterations and veil pickup. However, there appeared to be a miscommunication regarding the pickup, as it was not properly noted and the veil was nearly shipped instead. I had also specifically asked to try on dresses with sleeves during my appointment and was never brought a single option. Overall, this was not the experience I had hoped for from a bridal boutique of this caliber. ***** My wedding was over two hours away from the store, and waiting for your seamstress would have meant missing my ceremony. When paying a premium price, brides should not have to deal with last-minute issues like a dress strap coming apart minutes before walking down the aisle. Thankfully, one of my bridesmaids was able to sew the strap so I could still wear my dress. Regarding the veil, I specifically called after being notified it had arrived to explain that I had an alterations appointment and wanted to pick it up then, which your team confirmed. I later received communication referencing shipment, so I had to follow up again by phone and email to make sure it would not be shipped. Had it been sent out, I would not have had my veil for my wedding either. While I appreciate the refund for alterations, the overall experience was far more stressful than it should have been for such an important day. Future brides should be aware of the risks and added stress this location may bring leading up to their wedding.

And if you are complaining in several of your Yelp reviews that "this location does not take cash" maybe you should get a credit card (especially if you can afford to drop $600 at Buck Mason)? FWIW I'm Asian and I've always been offered water here...
