That said, the quality of restoration work completed at my home is not acceptable. Specifically: A concrete driveway was patched with asphalt rather than being properly restored to its original condition. A decorative wood terrace was damaged during the work. While the material itself may be inexpensive, the damage reflects a lack of care and attention to the property. The asphalt patching of the driveway is my primary concern, as it represents a permanent alteration and a clear mismatch in materials that impacts both appearance and property value.
