When I called them back, a very polite receptionist informed me that they don't service this area, this time of year. I find this type of apathy unacceptable. This is the exact treatment that national chains use to redline specific areas. Furthermore, this also leaves this area susceptible to price gouging, especially since there were only a few options to choose from.
