Rain or Shine - These Guys Deliver! Ellis County Landscapes absolutely came through when no one else would. While other mowing services were canceling or making excuses because of prior rain days--"the ground's still too wet," etc.--Blake and his team showed up ready to work. Even in less-than-ideal weather, they started trimming things down to a clean, acceptable level and returned promptly as soon as the rain let up to finish the job. That kind of dedication is rare. Blake was easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely great to deal with throughout the entire process. You can tell these guys are true professionals--from their attitude to the quality of their work and the top-tier equipment they use. I'm genuinely looking forward to working with Ellis County Landscapes again. Highly recommend! read more

I could have spent hours wondering around. The outdoor space is huge and set up with pathways. There were so many surprises throughout not only with their unique statues and sculptures but there was a cage with a giant live peacock who actually spread his tail feathers out while we were watching him. It was incredible! If you're looking for garden statues, you will find something you love. They have everything from animals, gnomes, dinosaurs, aliens, flowers and all types of things. They have benches, gliders and swings that are extremely sturdy made out of hardwood. Very high quality. There is every size planter you can image. They even had wood burning stoves! The plants and trees were fantastic! They had such reasonable prices on trees. We purchased 4 trees 5 years ago from a nursery in Dallas and the trees at Roland's were bigger and at the 2021 price we paid back in the day! You can tell the employees love what they do and rally care about taking care of the plants. Everyone seemed happy and asked us several times if we needed help. If you're in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Roland's is 100% worth the drive.

Ellis County Landscape is an excellent company to turn to for all your landscaping needs they have been mowing my lawn for several years and I am always impressed that the crew takes its time to first mow and then carefully edge the entire yard. My yard always looks truly manicured. Ellis County Landscape mows but also takes care of all my landscaping needs:trutrim my shrubs when needed, and temove dead trees and take care of the roots.
