Today I stopped in for a quick lunch and I truly felt like I'd stepped back in time. I was pleasantly greeted right away. I ordered the sampler platter and was completely surprised that there was no tipping prompt! I just paid for my meal. No guilt. I sat down and received a much larger amount of food than I ever imagined for under $10. LeighAnn came by and checked on me twice to see if everything was okay or if I needed anything. The food was very good for fast food Italian, and they had to-go boxes and bags ready for leftovers along with peppermint candies. I highly recommend for a nice, clean restaurant for an inexpensive lunch. read more

Very disappointed ! I called to make sure we could be seated for a party of 6 for a birthday celebration. They said didn't make reservations but to call back an hour before we came. I called and they said no problem we would be seated. We got there and there was an hour wait so we left ! I told them we couldn't wait and they never even apologized. read more

Wow, we are new to Huntington and so happy we found a this restaurant. From dinners to our Christmas cake - it has become a favorite!

Fratelli's most of entrees do not appeal to us because of the abundance of garlic. I tried to order my meal without garlic and that doesn't happen. The service was fairly good. The ambiance was noisy with the constant ding of plates. I suppose that we will look for a quieter restaurant and one that doesn't have a overabundance of garlic. Won't return. read more

On this business' website, they have listed under their hospitality promise as "making the team feel wanted and appreciated." They then make the wise choice to fire my girlfriend because her mother got into a crash on Mother's Day and proceeded to show no hesitation in firing her when she had to call off for not having a ride to work. It isn't like any other people on your staff call off all the time though, right? I mean guys, it's a literal serving job and you're being as strict as THIS? Fratelli's is always good place to dine. The food and service is always on point. The owners and managers run a nice restaurant and things seem to function well. Their salads are always fresh and crisp and you get free breadsticks with some marinara for dipping. I enjoy the Chicken Carbonara or their Spaghetti w/Meatballs. The calzones are excellent too, and so large that you can enjoy the remaining part of your calzone later. They are also pretty well known for their cakes!! They are good! read more

Bread sticks and marinara are awful that they bring to you prior to your meal. Those should be warm and fluffy and roll like consistency with some good sauce! You've got the making for a good place, just need so much tweaking. read more

This place hit the spot after a long day in the car. I tried the lasagna and the house salad and they were pretty good. The presentation was gorgeous as well. The man serving us seemed very nice and brought out our food quickly. After we ate, we ordered some dessert. I'm not a big dessert fan, but my family devoured the cakes and cheesecakes. It wasn't the fanciest place ever, but it was nice and the food was good. Note: They served gluten free pasta, but the only available gluten dessert was the cheesecake if you avoid the crust. read more

Fratelli's is a good restaurant but as Italian goes, it's a lazy restaurant. For example, they use Alfredo sauce as a base for all non-red sauce dishes, like carbonara, which doesn't use Alfredo but parmesan. The food is good if not great and the prices are...well, they could be worse. Nice service and friendly people. I just wish the food wasn't so much like Fazoli's fast food. read more

We ordered a LOT of food, anticipating taking some home. We started off with an Italian Wedding Cake Martini...YUM! We then moved on to mozzarella rounds, lobster bisque and meatballs. We could not get enough of the rounds and bisque!!!! My husband had the calzone and I had angel hair pasta in rosa sauce with chicken. After all the appetizers, we walked away with a little something for tomorrow. Overall, GREAT experience. We will definitely be back with the goal of bringing home a slice or two of their Italian Wedding Cake. The service was amazing. Syndi is such a sweetheart. read more

Hello, My wife and I ate here on Friday, 05/10/24 & I'd like to leave a fair review. Some ups and downs I'm afraid, so let's get the downs out of the way. On the down side, I thought there were a couple of things that could've been better in terms of the service. The wait was at or over twice the wait time given to us via the Yelp App. I think this was due to empty tables which were not being utilized for serving. In fact, there were multiple tables open with seats that exceeded the number of customers waiting and I can't recall if they were ever actually filled. That being said, once seated, our server was attentive and did her best to accommodate our needs. When we placed our order, bread was brought out timely with our drinks and she got refills without much delay. It was obvious however, that she had multiple tables, possibly more than she could really handle exceedingly well. The food was of good quality for what I would expect out of C+ to B rated restaurant; a "Mom & Pop" shop is how I would describe the food quality and experience. The chicken I received was warm but it had the hint of having been pre-cooked and just re-warmed to order. This may not be what actually happened but that's what it tasted like. The chicken in the Chicken Parmesan was rubbery/chewy but also warm and cut easily with a sharp knife. On the Up side - The breading on it was good and tasteful. The spaghetti under it was good, well cooked & the sauce was also equally satisfying. The bread was fresh and delicious. I ordered a Mt. Dew to drink and it was also fresh with a generous amount of ice. My wife's meal was great. She ordered an Angel Hair dish which was light on or had no marinara sauce. The chicken in her dish was good and tasted well prepared. The dish as a whole was very enjoyable. Our children had chicken tenders and a salad, all of which were good. We were offered boxes when we were finished and we were offered desert, which was did order. Both slices of cake we received were good and well prepared. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fair, though I think the white Christmas lights strung up should be replaced with actual Italian lighting for an outside and open feel, I think it would go over better. Over all, I would recommend everyone try this restaurant at least once. I would give them another chance to "WOW" me. I think it was an overall good experience but on this particular visit, which was my first visit, I wasn't "WOWed". Perhaps offer to box the customer's food up for them to help get that extra, WOW? I've only ordered delivery but it came correct, delicious and hot. Their bread is delicious and I've tried numerous menu items but the chicken fettuccine Alfredo is awesome. The salads are also good. Always crisp and fresh. read more

My wife and I were driving through West Virginia and thought we would give this place a try. We were pleasantly surprised. The ziti was great and so was the Alfredo. The Breaded Cheese Rounds appetizer was good but it was downhill from there. The sauce was not that good and was very watery. I had the Chicken Parmigiana that was quite disappointing. Chicken was rubbery and not very tasty. My son had the spaghetti and meatballs and said they were OK. Not what I would expect from an Italian restaurant. I've been wanting to try this for a while, lots of yummy looking pictures posted on facebook. They did not disappoint! My daughter had the trio and I had the seafood pasta in a white wine sauce. The service was terrific, food was excellent! The menu of food and drink options is extensive. How does small town Huntington l, West Virginia sleep on this fine quality Italian GEM! Because I am a fish lover, I will start with the always fresh salmon and green beans, pictured below. The alfredo sauce on the side is a bonus to me, I dip my bread in it, as well as, pour it over my salmon and veggies. You will not be disappointed. The always fresh pastas dishes are out of this world. If you are a fan a carrot cake, OMG, the always fresh, home made carrot cake is out of this world. Such an easy 5 star review. We got carryout from here last night. I went with the Trio de Italia so I could try multiple dishes on my first trip, highly recommended to see what you prefer! The chicken parm was certainly a standout, but everything was awesome. Love the balsamic vinaigrette, it was an great dressing for the salad. The warm marinara dipping sauce for the bread was a great touch, and it was included without asking for it. Online ordering was quick and efficient, and was ready on time. The two employees inside were very nice and quickly got my order to me and got me out the door. Much appreciated in these times. Nothing bad to say about the experience. Everything was perfect! I absolutely love this place! Some of their homemade sauce and marinara. I did have one problem with a change in my favorite dish " shrimp scampi ". Come to find nobody had asparagus at the time. And didn't have dehydrated tomatoes on it. Ended up opening me up to try all the others And found everything was awesome. One of my favorites to eat. read more

This was our go to place a couple of times a month. The foods been slipping for months but the one staple that kept us coming back was the wonderful Lobster Bisque! My wife's work Christmas party was there tonight. They informed her that they had discontinued the Lobster Bisque and it was off the menu. There desserts are good. Their Margaritas are good. Their food has slipped to spotty and so so. It's gone from superior to their place in Gallipolis to inferior. The last food we had there that was good was a huge Calzone. But, without their Lobster Bisque, that was superior to any of the local seafood restaurants, I doubt we'll be going back. read more

This is a good resturaunt. Clean and friendly. The food is great although they did away with any whole grain pasta. Their calzones are the best around. Light flaky and browned just right. Other pizza stores like giovannis calzones look and taste like a pizza folded over. read more
