The atmosphere feels unwelcoming, almost like I'm bothering them just by placing an order. Having worked in customer service myself, I know this is not how you interact with people. A simple greeting or acknowledgment goes a long way, but unfortunately, that's lacking here. It's to the point where I don't even like going inside because the energy is so off-putting.
