A family member used this business for several years to help plan vacations to Kauai. A few friends also went through this agency. However, on my last trip to Kauai, Dorotea dropped the ball big time. Instead of letting her know what a terrible job she did on my return I just called and told her, her services were no longer needed. To this day, I'm still not sure what happened but it ruined our trip. When my sis, daughter and I got to Honolulu on our return flight home, we had to pay several hundred dollars extra for our luggage because of whatever it was that she hadn't done a through job completing. I don't know what we would've done if we didn't have enough funds to pay the added expenses. This happened about three years ago and I wish I had written this review back then because my memory would have had a better recollection of details. Don't use this travel agency! read more

We used Blossom Valley Travel for a trip to "Cabo" last year and the service, accommodations, flight, and travel tips from Dorotea exceeded our expectations. We are planning a family vacation this year to Hawaii and are going through Blossom Valley Travel again. Dorotea was great in getting all the familys inputs into the plan. Also, my wife is disabled, and Dorotea had wheel chair assistance scheduled where needed. read more

Suddenly my work was closing for a small period of time to make some upgrades. With that said, we decided this was a great time to just go. Not knowing where to begin on this venture, Celia my neighbor mentioned she would be happy to help. Boy was that a breath of fresh air!! With a about a week ina half to plan, she was on it. From hotels to transfers she had everything perfectly in place. While in Europe, there was a few times we wanted to stay longer in a specific city. We would message her and she would quickly make adjustments for us. This allowed us to get the most out of our trip. In two weeks time, we visited Rome, Naples, Florence, Tuscany and Venice. Not to mention, Murano and Burano. Two islands near Venice. The trip was amazing. Celia was prompt and gracious. Couldn't have asked for any one better to handle our trip. The woman who said she could help me didn't even let me finish stating my problem (not even halfway through) when she just started nodding her head vigorously and saying she wouldn't help me. I walked out less than 5 minutes after I walked in. It was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional to not even let me ask her my question. Not to mention that when I walked in, there were about 4 people there but no one attempted to help me until after a solid 30 seconds of standing there like a deer in the headlights. I took my business elsewhere (to VeryBest Travel in Bonita, CA) and they were not only willing to solve my problem, but did so in less than an hour. It doesn't cost anything to be nice and to hear a customer out to see if you can help them. Obviously, my problem wasn't so "impossible" to solve that less than an hour later another travel agency was able to help me and did solve my problem. Needless to say, I will NEVER be returning here.
