The entire time I shop at anthropology, not only one sales associate, but several seems to surround me and small Conversation what if we made it even difficult for me to pick my items and look through selections I felt very uncomfortable and disgusted. I hope this is not the policy of this company, and lI definitely will be reaching out to corporate and I hope that they come down and re-engineer the customer service practice at the store location . It was very obvious and offensive or that I was made to feel like a thief or someone that was unwanted in the store. You should be ashamed and I don't think that I will be spending my money there and I've definitely spread the word to have no one none of my friends and family or anyone else that I know to spend their money there. Unfortunately I continue through with my purchase and left the store. I did this review after sitting in the parking lot feeling terrible not knowing what else to do but I definitely plan to return that item and continue to make corporate aware of the policy in that store and how that how that manager store manager runs that location.

Incredible customer service…read more Yes it is a high end store but if you are in the market for high end gear then you should go here before going to another high end retailer because you will get the same quality items but with impeccable customer service. They have a little coffee bar for the men or women who are waiting for their shopping partners to finish looking around w/ free m&m's and a TV to watch. Win win all around. The next week the gown arrived- it was the wrong gown in the wrong color. New gown was ordered and express shipped to store. Color was right, gown still wrong. At this point prom is a week away so I kept dress and had it altered (last minute alterations costing me a fortune). Owner of this shop has not even reached out once after multiple calls to apologize for the inconvenience or even offer some kind of break after all this trouble (and still having the wrong dress). I would never come back here or recommend anyone go here. Owner is a terrible business person and should be ashamed of themselves for not doing right by customers. My one star was for the 2 sales people who helped me when I went to pick up the dress. Both were sympathetic - 1 assisted in placing the express shipped order of the 2nd dress and the other tried to have owner reach out to me for an explanation. 0 stars to the shitty owner who still has not called me.

She was fantastic - she has been doing this for many years and still has the enthusiasm and knowledge for each customer!
