We check them out for winter jackets especially since those might be on the higher price point for kid clothing items- we've gotten jackets my daughter LOVES from here that hold up pretty well. Mostly have gotten shirts or sweaters in the $4-$12 range- some from stores like the gap which I didn't initially gravitate to for my kiddo but now do (at the actual store). They have the whole clothing area organized with clear signs of where to look (not like a Marshalls where it's all thrown together). I really love that they have toys too- not even for the buying but the selling. I joke I'm close to being a hoarder because I can't let go of anything.. so it's nice to know I can bring my daughters old toys and clothes here. I only tried to sell x1 so far but I was pretty disappointed for a huge bag they offered me $6.. I didn't understand the rationale when some of it should have been worth a little more. If you get that little as a trade-in, I maybe rather give it to a friend or someone on a fb group who needs it because the payoff/reward is greater but again.. at least this is an option! Also: Make sure you check when their buy back hours are so you don't show up with bags/buckets for no reason. I said no, but it's always been picked up over the last decade. The guy said well whoever did it before was not following policy. He was rude condescending and totally a turnoff. Fast forward I select the next pick up date and leave the bags there and label them and they never even came. Whoever is answering the phone over is rude at best and incompetent more likely. I enjoy giving to big brothers big sisters, but I will never give to them again because of the rudeness I was shown and not picking up the last time probably because of my call and dissatisfaction with the car service staff. Too many place here in NY.

They have set restock times and with restocks come raffles for some high value items like cordless vacuums or a Nintendo Switch. The bins to peruse are just a hodge podge of odds and ends that may or may not be useful to you. Today I found a weighted heating pad, scale with BMI calculator, and a Belief cosmetics set. Sometimes you get lucky, other times you don't.

I saw so much stuff in the kitchen section, and I priced a rice cooker so that I can start cooking my Quinoa. I was going to order one from the huge "A." Now I don't have to! I saw Clothes for men, women, boys, and girls. Ugly sweaters, festive sweaters, and regular sweaters. I saw a warming blanket that I am interested in. I am like a kid in a candy store. You heard me? I realize you all may have been there but let give praises, I am excited.... LOL. This place reminds me of Bed, Bath, and Beyond combine with Kmart, JCPenney, and Cuisinart, merged as one unit. She went above and beyond to tend to us. She could have directed us to the pickup area and called it a day. Instead, she asked all of the correct information needed causing her to be able to retrieve the package for pick up. What resonated with me was the representative setting aside what she was doing to tend to our needs. She aced the four levels of customer service. 1. Unsatisfactory- satisfied 2.
