Unassuming restaurant with good food and good service. I was not extremely hungry, so I chose to have a Carnitas burrito on the waitresses recommendation. It turned out to be huge! It was delicious. I also had a margarita, which was very tasty. This will be my go to spot in Snyder when I come back through.

The food and service were both excellent! We both had fajitas, and we both had enough left to take home! Very tender and tasty!

Special of the Day! 2 beef enchiladas with red sauce, taco, rice, & beans for $9.99. Came with delicious chips and salsa!

Fabulous service and delicious food at a reasonable price! The crispy chips and homemade salsa were so yummy. The special of the day was 2 beef enchiladas with red sauce, a taco, rice, and beans for $9.99. Super good! Fast and friendly service!

Fantastic carnitas. Chips and salsa were also tasty. My waiter, Jose, was quick to get me food and drink. Will definitely stop in again.

First time there, ordered the taquitos. First one was really good but the others had cold meat in inside. Was still charged full price.

They work normal hours now, but the Plaza was once a 24hour hangout/hideaway where the great legends of Snyder's nightlife would rendezvous. Smoker's heaven. You can still smoke while you enjoy a 6a.m. coffee, and the staff will make damn sure that you don't take yourself too seriously. If you're into eavesdropping, you can learn all about local weather, ranching, farming, oilfield gossip, etc. The force is strong and the coffee is strong. This is no place for people who don't have a real appreciation for things West Texan.

This place is an old gas station that still has pumps outside and has a blimpie sign raised above the place. The sandwich shop doesnt exist and the pumps don't work although they still have all the working parts. As you walk in they have a bunch of slots that don't pay money but instead tickets that can go towards food and such.( which is totally wired in my opinion). Half the place still allows smoking and that's the side with all the windows. It's a family owned place and the waitress 5 days of the week is the daughter I guess and with her you never know what your going to get. I tried to order a basted egg well and she said "we don't do that round here you either get it scrambled or over hard or easy" and when she said it I felt a little contempt coming from her. This place is busy though most of the oil workers come in throughout the day and she is the only server so you better time it just right. The place is filthy especially the smoking room and the cook takes forever to cook the food even if he's only cooking for two. My friend won the slots before he knew they didn't pay out cash and he won $150.00 bucks worth so we ate here for five days. The place took me back in time when establishments didn't put customer service first and I feel it was a one in a kind experience only s town Texas could deliver if any thing it left an impression on me for that it gets a two star and not a one. I wouldnt recommend this place to out of towners but only locals that know the people that own it. This place definilty doesn't have the good old Texas hospitality!

I like…read moretrying chili burgers because not only are they one of my favorites but I get to see how they make their chili and patty at the same time. Is it homemade chili? Homemade patty and seasoned? Soggy bun or toasted? There was a spot in the front to get a carhop so I parked. It didn't take long before a young girl came to ask for my order. Nothing else seemed that appetizing besides the chili burger anyway so I ordered that. "Mexican food" consisted of nachos. Only after the fact did I see onions rings but thought the burger was enough. No prices on the menu which made me suspicious but how much would a sort of fast food/diner cost me? Didn't expect to pay over $8 but yep. Quite a lot. The burger was only okay. Nothing unique. Nothing to write home about at all. The chili was only slightly different from a Sonic chili burger and honestly, Sonic has more flavor in theirs sadly. I wasn't offered any options for the chili burger and none listed on the menu. Chili burger is what the menu says and that's what you get. No option for onions or grilled onions or anything else. It's definitely not worth $8. Maaaaaybe $4-6 and $6 being generous. $8 should come with fries at least. Basic flavor. Basic presentation. Then you're most likely feeling the need to tip on top of that. The parking area was at least clean. People coming and going makes you think it's a popular spot but makes me wonder if there's better places to go even if I had to walk inside. Great place to pick up food for the kids, grandparents or a quick bite but don't expect much if you want flavor. You pay more than what you get.

Not seeing any other parking, I inadvertently parked in the 'Car Hop' section and quickly got a friendly lady to take our order. We had planned on going in.. but hey maybe this would be faster and get us back on the road. That was not the case. It took a really long time for couple of burgers to come out. I could not see a menu or what selections. So, we asked for the 'standard' cheeseburger and fries. When she did return with burgers, they were hot and the order correct. Not the best burgers with a over toasted bun and fairly dry meat... but it was dinner of sorts. The fries were to the usual fast food pre-cooked frozen fries. Nothing to write home about. The service; the car hop was friendly and pleasant. Ambiance; I did go in to use the restroom and over all, I would say Holly's has not had an upgrade since the 1990's. So, ambiance is leftover American Graffiti. With lots of wear and tear. Still worth a stop for nostalgia.

This place has been there a while and always has customers we thought we'd give it a try. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable! The restaurant was clean. It has a diner feel, nothing fancy but just right. They have daily specials but the prices overall are very reasonable. They have a simple salad bar which was included in our meals and we enjoyed it. I had the chicken fried steak w mashed potatoes. It was fresh, not from frozen. And really good! I got the gravy on the side as I expected to take home leftovers. The mashed potatoes were a large portion and very tasty. The fold was also fresh and warm and very good. My husband had the fried pork chop w a baked potato. He really enjoyed his too. We left with a ton of leftovers. I ordered my son a chicken strips and fries to go and he really enjoyed it all too! It's great home cooking that's reasonably priced. Totally worth going!

You will see a large embossed Dahmer imprint on a facade, there, you have found it. I sat outside of here for about a good 5 minutes before figuring out it was a place to eat. Once inside, it's like you stepped into a well-lit club or something, everybody turns around and looked for a few seconds and then goes about their business. The staff here I must say are very very friendly and accommodating. Three quarters towards the back you will find a buffet and salad bar. There aren't your usual salad friends and then on the buffet there was some betta fish, kind of chicken fried looking steaks, pot pie in a square pan, mashed potatoes and gravy, shrimp and a few other Comfort foods that you'll see in their picture. The taste of everything was okay I will leave it at that. The price of the buffet comes shy of $15 if you have tax without a drink. The interior is a definitely no frills type of establishment with the old wooden floors, Mel's Diner type tables and such. It's worth a try but do not expect high expectations.
