She did so well in fact that they suggested trying to groom her without sedation next which would be amazing. Everyone there seems to really care about the dogs and doesn't just treat it like a chore. I have had bad grooming with my dogs in the past and wish I knew about this place sooner. During this pandemic, it is almost impossible to get veterinary services for anything but immediate…read moreemergencies. One of my parakeets who is not tamed was sorely in need of a claw trim as they were becoming hooked onto the cage bars when she would move around on them. As bird caretakers know, a seriously ripped claw can cause major bleeding and blood loss which can be fatal if not addressed quickly. Quarryside was the ONLY veterinarian clinic in the area who agreed to clip her claws. The others said to bring her in if she ripped a claw--AFTER it became an emergency instead of taking some preventive action. That could have been too late! I am grateful to Dr. Rothman and his wonderful staff for their understanding and quality service.
