He was very friendly and welcoming as a new customer. I brought my 4 month old puppy in for grooming and they did a fantastic job. Far more than i was expecting since my dog is so active. Delia was the groomer and she was saying she was unsure how much she could accomplish on a first groom appointment with a puppy. My dog King was so happy that after two weeks of being away at the Kennel, he did not want to return home with me.. King fell in love! She was thorough with all the food, meds, personality and health issues. The kennels smelled clean and looked it too. Our schedule was unpredictable but she was very flexible with us. She was just as organized when we picked them back up. Our dogs were happy and freshly bathed when we returned for them. We felt it was a good value and gave us piece of mind. If…read moreyou have an 8:00 am appointment for grooming, expect your animal to be immediately placed in a kennel. Dogs do not go straight to bathing. Groomer and receptionist take their break at 8:00 to smoke and chat in the parking lot. Also, groomer arrives to work at 7:45 and needs a break prior to beginning the day. How do I know this? Staff thought I left as soon as my dog was dropped off. I was still in the parking lot a few minutes later, so I saw them. Groomer is lazy and doesn't bother to use shampoo or conditioner; not sure what product is supposed to be used for deshedding, but if one was used, it's definitely unscented! For basic baths, expect to pick your animal up wet, not fully cleaned, and unbrushed. $103 to have 2 dogs rinsed. I had to do about everything I paid for. Had to clean my dogs face, eyes, nose, and ears in addition to brushing. Loose debris in fur was not removed because the animals were not brushed.
