I agreed to this arrangement. I was also told that paying the balance in cash would qualify me for a discount. However, as soon as I provided my credit card information, communication completely stopped. Instead of charging only the agreed deposit, Montway charged my credit card for more than the full agreed amount without my authorization. As a result, my credit card exceeded its limit. Since then, I have repeatedly tried to contact Montway by phone and email, but I have received no meaningful response. The only emails I continue to receive are automated messages demanding that I approve my credit card payment. To be fair, the carrier that Montway assigned was professional, courteous, and did an excellent job transporting my vehicle. They are not responsible for this issue. My complaint is entirely about Montway's billing practices and customer service. It is also concerning that the transportation proceeded normally while the payment dispute remained completely unresolved. At this point, I genuinely don't know how to resolve the situation. I expected clear communication and honest billing, but instead I was left with an overcharged credit card and no way to get answers. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Montway.

I don't recommend the optional additional warranty "service", though, it's like $2,197 usd extra and I never even got proof of Purchase about it or any information on what I paid for it to cover. The woman that represented the co was much more courteous than the man who owned it, in my opinion (as he sold me the warranty, she sold me the utility SUV). I found it more affordable to supplement with AAA; it more conveniently supplements the needs of your vehicle. As for the vehicle itself, the pre-existing issues were not disclosed to me. Luckily they weren't necessities for it to run. I paid cash, I got no discount for doing so. All in all, I'd recommend the place to someone who knows a thing or two about or is looking for a non-luxury foreign vehicle from the mid 2000's, just before 2010, for a little bit too much money. Discovered in the middle of a snowstorm five days later that my windshield wipers didn't work. I took the car back and it was fixed in FIVE MINUTES! Unfortunately I did have to schedule an appointment but warranty covered the cost.
