They replaced the pump and the reservoir and sent me on my way with the power steering still broken. I could not even pull into a parking space - I almost hit another car. The power steering when turning was still broken!!!! I called their store immediately and was told that - well, we told you there was still a bit of a glitch!! They then said it needed a steering gear and that would be another $1500.00. They charged me $2400.00 to replace the steeing pump. My daughter has been helping me get in touch with the owner. That was a week ago - she has tried calling back into the store and he is always "out":...but they said he is working on it. I diagnose your car and let you know how many things are wrong. They said I needed a new battery - my battery wasn't only 6 months old. They lie and take advantage of people and do not stand behind their work or the lack there of!! I had taken it to O"Riley and tested myself prior so I new the problem but they insisted they had to do an inspection which I found out was a list of repairs per the manual which were recently completed, just don't trust what my costs would have been after they quoted me $600 to do the repair.
