I was in the market for a new car as my truck was totaled in an accident in Sept. Mohammed was super friendly and showed us all the vehicles in our price range and to fit our needs. We fell in love with a Mercedes GLS 550 and decided to purchase. I noticed a few cosmetic defects, but he assured me the vehicle was meticulously maintained and of the highest quality. We also bought the warranty he highly recommended and promised it would cover everything except basic maintenance. He did note the sunroof shade didn't close and he would personally made sure it was taken care of. He said it would be weeks for the parts to come in. I took my vehicle home. Upon bringing it home I noticed more things wrong. I chased Mohammed via phone call for weeks before he finally agreed to have his mechanic look at my concerns. He had my vehicle for 2 weeks and it was untouched, no communication. FINALLY, he disclosed the issues were far too advance for his mechanic and we should bring it to Mercedes to diagnose. He agreed to work with the warranty to pay what they didn't cover to make this deal right. My vehicle was at the Mercedes dealer for almost a month due to lack of communication on Mohammed's end and finally we had to close the ticket, and my vehicle is still "broken". Mercedes also noted the front brakes are so worn down that any self-respecting dealer should have bare minimum disclosed it was in need of brakes. I have sent 3 follow up emails and MULTIPLE unreturned phone calls to have the agreed upon work fixed and I'm sure they will remain unreturned.

In reality, it was the same car as in the photos and he hadn't yet suckered anyone into buying a $6000 car that needed $6000 in repairs. I am not that sucker, but I did spend money on an inspection that told me how bad the car was when the salesman Fred Barker could have just been up front with me. They said they were waiting for parts. Who does not stock parts for cars they sell and when they schedule the matter in advance? Even when they called me to say I needed new brakes they failed to mention it was going to take more than twice the time they originally said. Why? Because they want your money and know that telling you the truth might cost them. The worst is when I complained. They said I was a "perfectionist" and made a reference to my race as a "black and white person". Spending 65% more time to do a routine matter is not being a perfectionist any more they would be if I offered to pay them 65% less than the charge. While I was in there scheduling an appointment an employee was speaking with a customer about how police are unfairly accused of racism by black people. They are liars, and their employees entertain racist topics with customers. Just look at their reviews. A lot of people had terrible experiences.
