I complained, and then they sent me another bikini which also came with the same problem because the seam was twisted and hurt my skin. I made another complaint, and their response was that they don't consider it a problem. I live in Canada, and the currency exchange rate is higher. I paid almost CAD 200 for a bikini, and I also paid for 3-day express delivery, but it took them 12 days to send it. The fabric quality is much worse than some Shein products, as I've bought high-quality bikinis from Shein before. Brazilian products are of very poor quality. I do not recommend them. read more

I've been a customer of this company for many years and I have grown very disappointed. Recently, I ordered two bum bum leggings online. I ordered a grey pair and a pinkish pair. I received the package last Monday. It was delivered in a USPS envelop with a paper receipt included. I tried on the leggings. The grey ones fit well and I liked the fabric but despite the leggings being the SAME style, the pinkish leggings were NOT the same fabric and did not fit the same as the grey ones. Because of this I wanted to EXCHANGE the pink bum bum leggings. I emailed the company and they said I could go in to their store this Monday between 12-6pm. I arrived at the store on Monday and some plus-size curly haired lady behind the computer RUDELY informed me that the store was closed instead of welcoming me. I explained to her that the email stated I could go in today to make the exchange. She cut me off again to rudely state that I can't return them anyway because I didn't bring it in inside the original packaging. I'm not sure why on earth a post office envelop is needed to take something back to a store. Then she also stated I didn't have my paper receipt. THEY DID NOT TELL ME TO TAKE THE RECEIPT in the email, which should not even matter since the receipt is available online and the company should have a record of it. This should have been specified in the email. I left the store without complaining because I was upset that I drove all the way to the store for NOTHING and to be treated poorly. This lady proceeded to find my phone number and text me to apologize. The apology means nothing to be because clearly they do not care about happy customers. She accused me of not having common sense, basically called me a liar, and when I told her not to worry about it, that I would leave an honest review, she told me not to threaten her. They should update the definition of ineptitude to simply say "See Blue Body Brazil". On 2 September I ordered my wife a body suit. I did my due diligence and read that it can take 21 days to ship. My wife wanted scrunch bum so I added two days for that. So I factored in 24 days lead time. After 25 days and no movement or word from them I reached out and received a reply saying their shipment was defective and their new shipment would arrive on Wednesday. 2 1/2 weeks after that (two Wednesdays gone by) still no movement. I reach back out and received "oh we are sorry, it will ship this Wednesday. Ok, now it is cutting it very close until we leave, but if they actually ship it Wednesday, it could still make it. Sure enough I get a shipment notification.... Late Wednesday and it wasn't truly shipped, it was "label created". Later Wednesday (11pm CST) it updated to in transit with a Delivery day of the 18th. I was relieved, until the now when I realized the USPS is even more inept than this company. So low and behold, we are leaving on our trip tomorrow morning without the expensive bodysuit that was ordered just for this trip. I recently bought the Wioletta scrunch leggings and I was disappointed by the fit and the material considering the price. All my items came without tags and felt as if they had already been worn. I'm 5'3.. 117lbs with a considerable booty and the leggings fit loose everywhere. The quality in leggings and jumpsuits have gone down and if anything is wrong with your order - the woman who owns the store is the one who runs the IG page - she is actually the worst to deal with. I've never spoken to a business owner so impolite and incompetent. I always presumed that these reviews about her lack of customer service were dramatic , but then when I needed customer service and there was none to be had. This is a good store for Brazilian-style swimwear at a fair price. Most of the things here cater to women, but they do also have men swimwear. The men swimwear is really a small selection - but much of it is very tasteful in design. I do wish that they would expand the men selection and include other brands (Sol e Energía would be a great addition). So here and this is my final review conclusion, we are at the next week after being promised she would me send out new leggings from the the owner (Andrea). She ignored my email and 2 text messages today (3-29). Long story short the elastic broke after the leggings were worn only once, $93 a pair not Walmart prices When I initially complained through email I was told they will not repair them locally (MA) and no refunds. I spoke to the owner through text message (3-25) when she found out about the banking dispute and she apologized and said I was right she when she inquired more details about the issue/dispute (attached). I told her we already went through all this in email. It turns out it was not actually her but one of her employees emailing me about my complaint through her email account two weeks before using the owners email account. She claims she was sending out another pair on Monday (3-29). See attached pics, broken buttocks elastic leggings ($93.00), only worn once, also attached our text chat with owner admitting I'm "100%" right and I was treated wrong by her employee. Owner claimed she is sending out a new pair on Monday (3-29) (also attached pic). I already disputed this with my bank and already got my money back as they investigate the transaction. I told the owner I would cancel the banking dispute if she fixes the situation. We'll see what happens on Monday but today (3-29) I was stonewalled and completely ignored... During our text chat on 3-25 the owner of this business through text message (attached) had the audacity to write and I quote "the body is the problem not the items. " "SO NASTY." referring to my girls body. Her body is far from nasty. Very fit and petite, she is also Brazilian and has a great body. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior and conduct coming from a business owner. To write "SO NASTY" I couldn't even believe it with my own eyes when I read it, commenting on my girls body. That is just something you NEVER say to a client! I snowbird from MA and live on Collins Ave and every time I drive by this place now I get a bad feeling as I drive by. Was on the beach and went into the store purchased two (expensive by any standard) pairs of leggings, was told they had to be customized and they would call me when ready for pickup. I'm not in the area often and never received a call. Went back about 30 days later was told the owner wasn't there had to come back another time. Called about a week later was told I had to come with receipt. Misplaced receipt and was told they had no record of my purchase so I was SOL. I found my receipt and ultimately got them. I gifted a few items from Blue Body Brazil for a Christmas present to my daughter and two of them were the Bum Bum Pocket Leggings. One in Nude Crush and the other in Grey Lee. Since Blue Body Brazil only does One Size Fits Most, there were not size options to choose from. Unfortunately the same style of leggings from Blue Body Brazil, Bum Bun Pocket Leggings, have a vastly different size from one another. They are both the exact same fabric content. Consisting of 85% polyamide and 15% spandex. She said the Nude Crush Pair fit like a dream on her while the Grey Lee pair fit like a nightmare compared. Costumer service says it's because the Grey Lee pair has more compression but that don't explain why the waistband depth is so short causing camel toe and why the inseam length is so short compared to the Nude Crush pair. We've measured and taken pictures comparing the two and it's as if one pair is an extra small (Grey Lee) while the other pair is a medium size (Nude Crush). Since it was a Christmas gift, it's been over the brand's 7 day delivery date return policy. Which they do not accept returns, only exchanges. However this seems to be a cutting and sewing mistake on Blue Body Brazil's end. I contacted costumer service and was given a hard time about it and am expected to pay the shipping cost to exchange the Grey Lee pair of Bum Bum Pocket Leggings. Which isn't right since the leggings are cut and sewn completely different from the Nude Crush pair. Plus we're worried this is going to happen again with cut, sewing, and sizing inconsistency with the brand. She's been wanting leggings from Blue Body Brazil for so long but this experience is extremely disappointing. We unfortunately will not be buying from nor recommending Blue Body Brazil due to how they treat their customers and handle problems with their merchandise. They did make an exception for us to do an exchange. However, we're expected to pay for the return shipping which is understandable if my daughter decided that she just didn't like the items. But she's loves them. She's just let down by how vastly different the two One Size Fits Most leggings fit due to the cut. On top of that, we don't trust that the brand will say they received the items and if they do we wonder if they'll send the new items to us that the exchange is for. The trust with the brand just unfortunately isn't there. It's very unfortunate considering the potential Blue Body Brazil has. Blue Body Brazil has been the worst online retailer that I have dealt with (and I shop a lot). The merchandise that I ordered in April came very damaged in May. When i emailed the the contact info that came with the shipping info, I received a message back from the staff that deflected the fact that they shipped out DAMAGED MERCHANDISE with two giant holes in the leg area and then proceeded to assume that a larger body should not be doing "heavy workouts" in this bodysuit (I am 5'1 and 115lbs). What the tonedeaf "Staff" ie. manager failed to understand is that her staff shipped out DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. Even after this terrible behavior from the "staff" I gave them a second shot to make it right. In June I had to reach out again only to get the same excuse that I was told in May... a new shipment is expected on Friday and while they do not have the color I ordered, and I am welcome to drive 50 miles to pick out something that they do have in stock. Poor quality. Ordered Bianca bottoms and sports bra. Bottoms are completely see through and do not sit higher up on the waist as shown on the model. Very cheap quality. The Bianca top is cute and fits nice but not lined. I also ordered the black open back bra top in thick supplex. Disappointed as I thought it would fit more like a crop top but it's definitely a bra. Also not lined. I ordered two work out leggings online and when I received my overnight package there was only one legging inside. The package was clearly sealed and unopened when I received it and when I called the sales woman Andrea, she simply did not want to hear my concerns and asked me to send an email, so I did. As soon as I sent the email she called right away extremely defensive that she "swears" she sent two leggings and that anyone can call and say they hadn't received one before to get something for free. But then when I asked if this has ever happened she said NO! She made ZERO effort to listen or accommodate the customer. She refused to send me a new pant that was $71.00 and said that she could talk to her department about getting me a coupon!!! This business is a complete joke.
