My matcha latte was fine! Nice location with lots of customers. Very ideal for residents and visitors. Nice pretty latte!

Lizzy was super helpful selecting the right coffee for me. We also got a recommendation for one of the bakery items which I absolutely loved. After we ate, we were able to walk around to see more of the shops in the area. It's a pretty nice area, especially with good weather!

I the coffee here is really good . The service is excellent. The vibe is welcoming and friendly. They have a metered parking lot they share with other vendors . So parking is not an issue.

I've recently come here a couple of times, and each time has been a very pleasant experience. Not only was the service fast and friendly, the coffee was excellent as well!!! I love a good pour over coffee or fancy latte with unique ingredients!!! Although this coffee shop is on the smaller size, I can understand why people spend a little time here reading, socializing, or working. This place has a very clean and accommodating vibe. The way they have this place laid out really gives the illusion that it's bigger than it is. Now, to address the elephant in the room. I'd be a fool if I didn't find this place extremely overpriced. Not only is the actual price ... priceyyyyy, the sizes of the coffees and lattes are a little disappointing. I know it's quality over quantity but come on. It'd be really nice if it took a little more than 5ish sips to finish my drink. With all of that being said, I still really enjoy this place and will "treat" myself to this upscale coffee from time to time. Oh ... and with regards to their bakery items. They're good, but I'd pass on them the next time and save my money for future beverages from here.

Method: Counter-serve Item(s) ordered: Iced espresso Value: Overpriced but worth a try Service: Fast turnaround and kind servers! The review: If you're a coffee-lover and want to try some high-quality beans, you must try Blue Bottle. At least once. Though prices are higher than other coffee spots, this splurge is worth it for their smooth, decadent roasts. The oat milk was provided in the self-serve area, which I truly appreciate due to dietary needs. The atmosphere is also perfect to pull out a laptop and get some work done. Their food options are limited so I'd eat elsewhere. I will absolutely be back for coffee!

The shakerato is sooooo tasty. But $8 for what feels like a shot of coffee is kinda crazy. It should be bigger for that price. I know Starbucks is expensive but at least the sizes are a little more realistic. I ordered the waffles at the Prudential Center location, and was disappointed to find out that the one in Newton does not carry them yet. I opted for the sandwich which was good but again overpriced. This is not a realistic coffee shop for the money. I would come here once in a while to treat myself but $8 for a tiny coffee is not within my budget.

Blue bottle is a solid cup of coffee. The place is cute on the inside and has lots of seating. Good to go to if you like doing work or studying at a coffee shop. There are a good amount of drink options as well as some pastries. They had scones, croissants, muffins, cookies, etc. The basic ones. I think they are more known for their coffee though. It does get a little hot in the store if you are sitting by a window because of all the sun coming in but there is shady seating as well. And if you like sitting outside there is also good outdoor seating. It's not a cheap cup of coffee but good quality and taste

I ordered in person. It took 20 minutes to receive my latte. And customers constantly bring their pets inside.

Staff won't customize, walked away without a drink. A shame because I've been going there for years.

They move in slow motion here. Like snail pace. Drinks are fine after they are made twice -- first time is always messed up. Yawn.

Coffee is fine, food is terrible. The sandwiches are literally just bread and the least amount of protein and toppings possible.

This place never goes by its posted hours. They close at 6 pm but I just detoured there for a coffee and doors were already locked.

The drink itself, their matcha latte, was different from what I'm used to but was delicious and they even did a little bit of latte art on top.

I love chocolate croissants and this is one of my go tos for it. I've never had anything here I didn't enjoy and the prices are reasonable. So worth the visit if you're in the area, I come by every time I'm near Newton. I came around 1pm on my most recent visit and they still had a good stock of baked goods. It can get busy here but the staff do a good job moving people along. Some seating but definitely hard to get a spot during peak times. Street parking mostly so it can get hard to find a spot.

For a cookie that has been so hyped up I was truly disappointed, and trust me, I have had my share of chocolate chip cookies from everywhere and can usually say good or at least decent things about them, maybe they had a bad batch? Probably would not go out of my way for SALT on another Boston trip.

It's so funny, everywhere we went today there was a Tatte Bakery right next door. Guess it was a sign for us to get something from Tatte haha. I've honestly only ever visited Tatte a few times. Usually to get a drink or shakshuka. Today, we decided to get a pistachio croissant and an iced matcha latte. I love pistachio croissants with pistachio cream filling but I find that not many places around here offer that. It's usually just the croissant with crushed pistachios on top. This one, to my surprise, did have pistachio cream inside. Only had a little smear of the cream though. I found the croissant to be meh. The pistachio cream itself was tasty, however, the croissant was incredibly dry and crunchy. Must be a bit stale since we visited ~6pm/later in the day. 2.5/5 As for the matcha iced latte, it wasn't anything to write home about. It was bland. No real matcha flavor & to me, tasted like green colored milk. I'm sure they use some type of matcha powder to make the drink but this was absolutely no bueno. Unimpressed. Perhaps the worst matcha latte I've ever had. 0/5 Overall, not likely to revisit Tatte for these items. Staff was nice though!! Parking: street parking
