I ordered a chocolate chip latte which includes chocolate chip cookie dough syrup, espresso, milk, chocolate cold foam, and mini chocolate chips. Unfortunately, there was barely any cold foam in the latte, just a small drop. I don't think I should be paying for a specialty latte when it only has a tiny amount of cold foam. My latte also looked nothing like the pictures I see online (I assume because they were busy?) I did enjoy the cookie, but I thought it was a bit pricey at $10 each. Note - there is a large parking lot shared with other businesses so parking  will not be an issue.

I actually like this much better than Tatte. Merely because of the service and quietness the cafe has. It is a great spot to grab a coffee or one of their signature lattes and get some work done. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking them out someday!
