There's a living room area and also a nice desk area where you can work on a laptop or drink a beer and watch TV. Parking is $20 a night if you want to park not on the street. Lots of close eateries to walk to as well.

Pros: *It's in walking distance to downtown Jackson with restaurants and shops. *The staff are the friendliest and kindest people. *They had complimentary bear spray you can use. *The bathroom and shower is roomy with good water pressure. *Complimentary breakfast from 7am-10am. *Staff were quick to fix any problem we had *Free parking on the street if you can find any (highly unlikely though). *Relatively close proximity to Grand Teton National Park Cons: *This Homewood Suites is much smaller than any other Homewood Suites I have ever stayed at so if you are used to Homewood Suites, this one is small and no roomy like every other one I have stayed at. *It is overpriced. To be fair, all of Jackson sadly is now especially downtown Jackson. If you want to not overpay, stay outside of downtown and probably all of Jackson entirely. *The safe is placed on the closet floor taking up the little closet space you have. *They charge $3 a wash and $3 a dry. The dryer on the third floor didn't work well so you had to pay way extra for additional dry time which was annoying. *It's an older hotel. *Parking is behind the hotel and $19/night. You will likely not find free parking on the street as it's an extremely overcrowded area so expect to pay this every day. *The hallways are narrow.

Cons: shabby decorations (we had a poster from 2000 in our room), blinds kept falling down which made it hard to access the balcony, insufficient outlets for modern electronics (2 outlets for the whole room), limited hot water in the bathroom (I had to take a cold shower), our tub didn't drain well, no breakfast provided, no elevator serving our side of the building, the hotel lobby is only open 7 am -10 pm (which meant that I couldn't get coffee before we left for the day, even though they provide it in the lobby), one paid washer and dryer which made the process longer. I enjoyed the downtown area, but this hotel wasn't worth the price.

A nice center staircase and wooden accents in the elevator. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast area is really small and there wasn't any room once we came down for breakfast and the options seemed limited too, so we just grabbed pastries and went back up to our room. Thankfully we stayed in June as they charge $20 for guests parking in their own parking lot starting in July! That's pretty outrageous. The hotel is already a little expensive for a Hampton so charging for parking is just seemingly trying to nickel and dime your guests which isn't right. So be aware. Other than that it's a really nice hotel and we had a great stay.

She said it was for her time...her hourly rate must be really high to send a couple emails to the vendors. I don't mind a deposit penalty, but $350 is excessive with 6 months notice, and she wouldn't even let me reapply it for a later trip. I'm not aware of any other vendor with such a punitive policy. You're better off booking this stuff yourself or choosing another place to book, which is what we will do when do head to Jackson Hole.

Room full of textiles that I question the last time they were cleaned. We stayed her 1 3 years ago and it was ok. But over the years ..... it is in serious need of an overhaul. My main concern was the smell. Mildew musty.... Hoping it's not mold (seriously). Over the 5 days we were there we could not get hot water. Warm but not hot. Bathrooms were a wreck. Staff doesn't really care what your problem is. I hear they are planning on a complete renovation starting this spring. Fingers crossed! Best thing about this place is its location to the lifts. There are a lot of awesome places to stay in Teton village. Sadly without a COMPLETE overhaul this won't be one of them.

They really love their jobs and it shows. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are nice with amazing views of the Tetons. It is an adult only hotel which is refreshing and quiet. There isn't much action past 830 and you can't get room service or a drink past 9pm BUT, it isn't that big of a deal since it's so quiet here. The only thing that is a little annoying is that the system they have is an iPad based one. If you aren't used to having to use that for TV/Media there can be a slight learning curve. It's not that big of an issue and all in all that is a minimal thing. This place is very special and I highly recommend!
