There was no hot water when I stayed on 2/19/26. I complained multiple times and so did several other people. The hotel did nothing to fix it and refused to refund me for my stay. When I got there at 1 PM, they said they had no rooms available to check in even though I requested an early check-in. They told me to come back after 4 PM. Even though their website says check is at 3 PM. Then that night I was trying to get my laptop online. I was there for business and their Wi-Fi did not work. The TV did not work. My mattress was so soft you lay on it and the bed lifted up Off the frame it was like a flimsy piece of cardboard. A big spacious room, reasonably close to Jackson Hole, WY. Bed was comfortable and a breakfast was served in the lobby in the early mornings which was convenient if you were hiking super early. The issues? - Staff weren't wearing masks and were kind of nonchalant about it. - The tap water was cloudy which made drinking water a little difficult to find. While I didn't mind the outdated style of the place as I just needed a place to sleep and shower, the staff was a let down on multiple occasions. They had a lot of staff on, to the point some were sitting around, but breakfast was never stocked. Guests had to repeatedly ask for items to be restocked and the staff acted as if it was a huge inconvenience. Two boys asked the front desk when the pool would be open and the staff replied sometime soon. The kids asked when that would be as it was a half hour after it was suppose to be open and she irritatedly said: I said I'll get to it soon. Also, the coffee is garbage. Can't call it coffee. Brown water..... Recommend training staff to understand the attitude of hospitality and how to treat guests- don't huff and puff when someone asks for milk for their cereal or maybe the front desk says hello instead of the guest greeting the staff.... And for real, actually have real coffee available. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I think instant coffee is better than that stuff. read more

There aren't many hotel options in Driggs, Idaho, especially a last minute drive by to the Tetons. It was either Super 8 or Best Western and Super 8 had a better deal via their website. This trip was also a mini reunion. I called around 9:30pm to let them know that I won't be arriving until after 11pm and that I am in fact coming. The lady who answered the phone said to ring the door bell because front desk closes at 10pm. I arrived a little after 11pm and rang the door bell. The lady was welcoming even after closing hours, check in was a breeze. The room itself was better than what I'd expected. Nice large rooms with a tv and and empty mini fridge. Bathroom was clean and well-lit. Beds weren't too lumpy. There isn't a whole lot of rooms in general (2 floors), but the entrance to each room is within an indoor hallway, which was nice because it sure gets chilly at night in the Fall. Free wi-fi, but signal is weak. Complimentary breakfast in the lobby. Pre-packaged baked goods, cereal, yogurt, coffee, and juice. All the staff and even other guests I've encountered were really friendly. I'd come back to this Super 8 if I'm in the area. Good price, good service, good location, I'm a fan! read more

Very clean and safe. We stay here to visit the Grand Teton and Yellow Stone. Driving to Jackson Is about 34 mi away and enjoy magnificent view driving and stop taking great pictures on the way. This hotel offer free breakfast and great service. read more

Great rooms, excellent staff, and a good breakfast. They have an indoor pool, kids pool and a hot tub as well. The view from the back is of the Tetons, which is spectacular. The Teton County Museum is right across the street. In the summer you can watch the hot air balloons take off next door from the fair grounds. Great place and sure beats the prices and crowds in Jackson Hole. read more

Ok super 8 is nice and clean friendly staff I came by taxi service so if you planning on staying here make sure you stop to get food or go out to get food I have been here for three days and no place delivers food to super 8 I would have gave it more stars but not having any place not deliver food is a down fall yes they have breakfast but when you are limited to getting around food delivery is key for sure ! We stayed at Super8 Driggs on our way from Salt Lake City to Grand Teton. Our room was very comfortable, well insulated, has large openable windows with pristine views of pastures, horses and distance mountain and sky. Upon our arrival, we had a very urgent issue -- printing out 40 pages of paper which need to be ink signed. Whitney, the friendly manager on duty, took care of the printing with no extra fees, even when insisted on paying the cost. Also noteworthy is that the restaurants around the town taste much better than some of Las Vegas's. So next time when you plan to visit Yellowstone, stay at Super8 Driggs! Driggs is much affordable and available than rooms in Jackson. You won't regret! read more

I've had good luck in general with Super 8's and this was so far the best. I almost didn't come through here but the South Entrance in Yellowstone to Jackson was closed due to a fire so I had to go around and I'm glad I did. The Driggs /Victor area is very nice. We make an annual trip to the Jackson WY area, and we usually stay at this hotel the night before we arrive. Last month, we stayed here, and were charged a $20 fee for taking a pillow, which we absolutely did not take. Multiple attempts to have this charge taken off my credit card have so far been met with ambivalence by hotel staff. This is generally a good place to stay, and we had no issues until now. What a disappointment! I have stayed here for years and it has been my go to place when I am overnighting while skiing. It was also the place I recommend to others. We have stayed there twice in the last two weeks and we're disappointed both times. The first time, the toilet smelled like urine and smelled and clean. The heater made noise each time it turned on so that it will gas up. The mattress was obviously worn out and we found ourselves together in the middle of the bed all night long. The breakfast bar which used to be quite substantial had become very sparse with little choice. We just returned after spending two nights there. The first night, the hot tub was not hot and the pool was so cold that the kids could not play. We left the next day to go skiing and came home to find that no one had even been in the room to give us fresh towels, resupply the coffee or make the beds. The young woman at the desk took a couple of "hello's" to get her attention because she was busy on her iPhone with her earbuds in place.They had already run out of the eggs sausage and potatoes by 730. When I asked before leaving this morning if there were new owners since I was there last year and they replied "yes". It is obvious that the new owners either don't care or do not understand. Needless to say, I will not be staying here anymore nor will I be recommending it. It is a shame to see such a nice place become such a typical budget hotel. read more

I have stayed at many a Super 8 but have never encountered a location as nice as this. Our room was super clean and very, very comfortable. And did I mention we had a view of the Tetons? Staff was so nice and knowledgeable; check in was a breeze. The only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars was the mediocre breakfast. read more

Stayed here while visiting family in Driggs. Their prices were reasonable. We have a family of six and it was a great find to stay in their large suite with two queen beds, fold out couch, and kitchen. The kids loved the pool, kiddie pool and hot tub. We will stay here again when we are in town. read more
