Having never rented from vrbo, we were extremely anxious about being conned, or losing our security deposit because the owner wants to make a little extra off the rental. Our experience was nothing like that, and thanks to Wendy, we will try vrbo for our next ski trip as well. She refunded our deposit within 48 hours, and charged a very fair cleaning fee, half of what other rentals in the city were charging. The nightly rate is unbeatable. And the condo is AMAZING, absolutely beautiful!! Well furnished with movies, games, hdtv, blue ray player, books, towels, extra blankets. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, both with double sinks, a full kitchen, 6 person dining area, living room, and 2 decks. It is a first floor rental which we preferred, and in a beautiful location, surrounded by trees and an open snow covered meadow all around. Condo comes with everything you could possible need, literally. Bedding is 1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin, 1 twin trundle, PLUS 2 twin foam mattresses, one of which I slept on and absolutely loved. I love how every room had its own thermostat so you can keep your room as warm as you want. Only advice I can give is make sure you ask Wendy to start the heater couple hours prior to your arrival because in the dead of winter in Idaho, a first floor condo with no heater running feels like DEATH. But once the condo heated up, there were zero issues with it staying warm for the rest of our stay.

Upon arriving, come to see its one giant house, with private rooms, shared bath, hot tub outside, fridge/microwave in room, plus a tv/dvd.... what a nice surprise. Located on the main st, across from grocery store, a block from the only traffic light (aka downtown). I'll be back for sure.

There was no hot water when I stayed on 2/19/26. I complained multiple times and so did several…read moreother people. The hotel did nothing to fix it and refused to refund me for my stay. In fact, in a email afterwards, the manager said there was hot water and I must be lying about the problem. Do not stay here if you would like hot water in your room.

A necessary remodel and a reconsideration of pricing would greatly enhance its appeal to prospective guests seeking comfort and value.
