I wasn't expecting to get it vacuumed, but it really needed it. I was then able to get back in the vehicle and drive it through the car wash. I thought I would just drive out after the blowers blew the excess water off, but then another employee motioned for me to pull forward under an awning where he proceeded to hand dry the vehicle with cloth towels and dry the windows!!! Everyone was super courteous and very friendly! I'll use them again when I'm in the area! They did a great job!!!

Was scolded for being in empty car wash bay, only for employees. Asked the attendant that pre washes cars before going through wash bay if he had seen an outside mirror cover that had come off. Imagine being charged at every place you visit simply because they use a computer to help you even dealerships don't do that. Also having surcharge for using debit/credit cards is illegal in the state of Texas. It is not the responsibility of customers to cover those charges. This place will charge you every penny they possibly can. They would charge a fee if you stood inside their office if that was possible. AVOID PLZ go to another small shop that don't scam you.

Repairs done. 2012 Ram was keyed all over from the tailgate to the hood all the way around the truck. 2018 Ram was broken into.
