This literally saved me thousands! The problem was a manual valve that had moved to the closed position over time and was not allowing the cool air upstairs. I almost trusted the wrong company. However, being nice does not change the fact that the system continues to have issues and we are still without A/C. When you make such a significant investment in a brand-new HVAC system, you expect it to work properly and to have peace of mind--not to constantly call for repairs and deal with repeated failures.
