Josh and his crew went above, and beyond the call of duty. They made sure everything was up to code, which the previous A/C people had not. They took pictures, and explained all the things that were wrong with my broken A/C, and gave me estimates to fix all the problems, or put in a whole new unit. I chose to put in a new unit because there were so many things wrong with my old unit, that it didn't seem worth all that time, and expense of fixing it, when it was already past the warranty, and other things could have broken down at some point later on. I would give Blue Collar Trades six stars if I could! I had problems installing a new thermostat for my HVAC system. Josh came out the same day and checked it out, explained what was wrong, and invited me up into my attic to see where the fuse had blown in my furnace blower. The thermostat I had bought was not designed for my system, and as the old one still worked well enough, he re-installed it. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything in detail. Josh came out on a short notice because our AC unit wasn't cooling our house enough .. he was the third Repairman we had called .. we paid 2 repairmen before him who said they fixed the issue and they hadn't .. he was so adamant about finding out the issue that he crawled under our house and found out we had a loose duct .. if we knew this we wouldn't have suffered for so long .. above and beyond service , even lent us 2 AC units until we got it fixed ! What a blessing Josh is! Electric panel was sparking, had to cut off the power to the whole house. Josh came out right away to assess the situation and did a wonderful and fast job. Joshua was great. Had an intermittent issue where when the system wasn't working, we would call Joshua, he would schedule us in just a few hours but but the time he arrived it was working again.
