I would give a zero if allowed. My husband and I bought a camper with a legally binding contract from Rodney Aldridge. His manager Tyler approved the sale. We paid 1/2 for the camper to be moved from Michigan to Alabama. There was a potential hurricane and we waited 4 days and notified Blue Compass. Was told "We don't know why it is not here and we don't have the delivery persons name or number" Really? Called the next day and was told "It's in a little town outside Nashville" Called the next day and was told by Rodney that "I expect it here this afternoon" Explained to him that we were taking off from work to have the hitch placed on vehicle. He said he would call me back by 5pm. He did not call back and I called the following morning. I was informed that Rodney called out sick and Tyler was off. I asked to speak with someone in charge. The general manager Keith Taylor was in store. He stated he is the general manager of the Mobile and Montgomery store. He called back and stated, "Corporate pulled the sale because it should have never gotten that far. We will lose $3000. " So, we waited 8 days for them to not honor our legally binding contract. I asked that someone from corporate call me and I have not heard from anyone. We did get our deposit back and that is about all.
