On a Saturday…read moreafternoon our Anderson 5th wheel hitch collapsed and dropped our 5th wheel through our trucks tailgate and the RV ending up on the front jacks in the middle of an interstate entrance ramp. Being 1300 miles from home, and Johnny's service center being closed, I took the chance that maybe one of their sales associates might still be around. I was in luck, a salesman who was just leaving for the day picked up the phone and after explaining my dilemma, he readily agreed to have our RV towed to Johnny's service center. Monday morning 8:00am I arrived at Johnny's and the great folks in the service center immediately began working on my RV along with installing a new hitch for our truck.
