Considering I primarily worked with Kenny during the home hunt, this review is mostly about my experience working with him. From our first interaction during our first showing, I knew it was going to be a good fit. I would go as far to say that Kenny is the type of guy that can make anything a good fit because he actually cares, and it shows. Over the course of a couple months, we dialed in what I was looking for in a property considering there was both a residence and investment consideration, and as we would walk through properties he would see things from my perspective (as any agent representing a client should), and mention ways the property could make sense as well as being extremely thorough with identifying things that may come up as red flags during inspection and homeownership thereafter. Even when the search wasn't going so well because I was very picky about what I was looking for (and inventory wasn't great in the areas I liked), Kenny was proactive with sending me possibilities and asking for feedback on them. Throughout the home hunt, Kenny always returned my calls and was super helpful with any questions I had, which frankly was not something I experienced with other agents that had 5 star ratings. Honestly, I think it's a problem that there are so many agents that have only 5 star reviews, so if I could give a 6 star review here I would.
