I finally gave up and asked for some quotes from local businesses on hitch receiver installations (to carry a bike rack) for my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Nick from Lampert responded first thing the next morning with a more than reasonable quote, time he'd need to complete the job, and scheduling instructions. I was able to schedule a few days later, the whole installation took less than an hour and a half, and the price I paid was exactly what Nick had quoted me. For instance, I didn't need a hitch for 3,000# or greater, just something to carry the trike. Even after we agreed that I should look elsewhere, Robert continues to discuss my needs and offer suggestions, such as contacting my bike shop. Robert went above and beyond to assist me, even after it was obvious that there'd be no money in it for them. Based on my experience, I'd return to them for a quote next time I needed a hitch for another reason.
