I want to sincerely thank the team at CBA Fort Collins for the incredible kindness and…read moreprofessionalism they showed us. We were over 2,000 miles away from home when the check engine light came on in my diesel truck. As anyone who owns a diesel knows, that's not something you want to see when you're far from home and facing a long drive back. I was stressed and worried about whether we would make it home safely. The team at CBA got us in quickly, took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue, and patiently explained everything they found. More importantly, they gave me peace of mind by assuring me that my truck was in good shape to make the trip home. That reassurance meant more than they probably realize. What truly stood out was how they treated us as people, not just customers. They provided a shuttle ride for us to a local restaurant while they inspected the truck and then picked us up afterward. When it was all said and done, they didn't charge me a single dime for their time, diagnosis, or assistance. In today's world, it's easy to become cynical, but experiences like this remind me that there are still honest, hardworking, God-fearing people who genuinely care about doing the right thing. The integrity, generosity, and kindness shown by the entire team left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, CBA Fort Collins, for taking care of us when we were far from home and for turning a stressful situation into a blessing. We will never forget it, and I highly recommend your shop to anyone looking for honest mechanics and exceptional service.

I really wanted to love this place. They were welcoming, kind, and the shop itself is clean and…read moreprofessional. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed. I brought my car in for intermittent cooling issues with the A/C. They told me the problem was too much Freon, so they drained it, put the same fluid back in, and added dye "to check for leaks." I was charged $208 for this, and assured that was the issue. But this makes no sense--if there were actually a leak, the fluid would be low, not over full. Adding dye to look for leaks completely contradicts what they claimed the problem was. After picking it up, I drove for about 10 minutes only to realize the exact same problem still existed. I called back to let them know, and was then told that sometimes they "start with charging and checking fluids," but it could actually be a bigger issue and I'd need to bring it back. Why wasn't that explained upfront instead of being told it was fixed? And if there really was a "bigger issue," why didn't they notice it during their so-called test drive? My invoice even shows the exact same mileage for intake and outtake, which tells me the car was never actually driven. They also told me I needed new tie rods. Trusting them, I had those done--almost $1,000. My vehicle was driving just fine with no symptoms, so now I'm questioning whether that repair was even necessary. Based on the A/C still not being repaired at all, I'm seriously questioning their entire diagnosis. On top of that, they changed the oil but then wanted an additional $187 just to check the reason for the check engine light. Thankfully I didn't agree to that, because after driving it home the light went off on its own--just as I suspected, it was only triggered by the oil change being due. All in all, despite the kindness of the staff and the nice facility, I left feeling like it was a total waste of money and time. I wouldn't recommend them.

Sorry but to be fair I can't give a great review…read more Guys in the front are very good at giving good customer care (friendly, explain issues and cooperative with schedules). But ... - after diagnostics I needed a Catalytic converter. Replacement for a 2015 GM subcompact cost $2,000 - Cost aside, I had to bring the vehicle back 3 times in the following 20 days because emission related errors kept popping up - most frustration was that one error was related to a new beak/gap in my exhaust piping (not there or seen during repair) I don't know how good they are with other repairs but I would look elsewhere for emission related issue.

So, due to having the 3yr or 36,000mile warranty I took my Truck in to be checked for these issues as I thought it was the AC Compressor being faulty. After setting an appointment with Chris @ this Location today they were specifically told by me Verbally to NOT due any other work on the AC if the Compressor is found not to be the issue under warranty only, they choose to NOT listen to me as the Customer and they performed additional work on my AC unit with the prior Authorization from my person ahead of time. The unexpected cost ended up costing $159.12 which I was not expecting to pay. The tech said that there was Debris in my AC Motor and took off the Panel accesses my AC unit and cleaned the Motor of said debris. This shop has done this to others of my family I my before and this was the last time I am going to their shop for anything regarding my Vehicles going forward. What a Shame of unprofessionalism and what I call a catch 22!

I schedule an appointment for a smoke test with a complementary diagnostic testfor April 23rd. Brought my car in that morning. My car was kept the entire day as I called to check. I was informed that the guy inspecting on my car would be giving me a call. I never got a call when I called back that evening. They said that he had already left. on top of that there was no smoke test done whatsoever due to some cold that did not reappear (Absolute BS). The next morning I I call to get an update they said that they would need to keep my car for an additional day to run the smoke test. I get back home from the funeral service I attended and still no testing has been done. I was told that they need to keep my car until Monday to do the smoke test due to a code not showing Up. I picked up my car and just them forget about it. They charged me $190 for nothing. I did not even get any information that I needed due to the smoke test. If the diagnostic test was supposed to be complementary. The last part about this experience, the hydraulic stick that keeps the hood up on my car all of a sudden does not work. I went back in Monday and to this back working and I was told. "we're not gonna promise that we won't charge you". I just walked out. I don't know who I need to talk to, but I need my $190 back ASAP. This is absolute bullshit. I had to fix the car on my own. I wouldn't recommend this place to as talked to other people within the community who has had the same experience with this business. Give me my damn money back! do the work and treat people's time with respect. I would have been better if they were just honest and said they could not do it. instead they took my money and gave my car back with an additional issue.

When I called Joaquin was very eager to help and have the vehicle checked out. He offered to use a floor jack to at least be able to check the front brakes. Him and his staff were very friendly and eager to help out. I drive an electric vehicle so there is not really much to service but anyone who does drive a gas/hybrid vehicle should definitely see Joaquin and his team. They failed to reset my oil light on my car I had to do that too. Just praying that they actually changed the oil correctly. Really shotty work. Very disappointed. I am more than capable of doing it myself but I was so tired I thought I'd pay for the help and I don't feel as helped as I would have liked I could of done it myself much cheaper. But I decided to go to the shop I can usually trust. But the evening I went I made a very heavy mistake.
