They gave us a 2-4 PM arrival window and showed up toward the later end, which was totally fine. I wasn't home during the service, but my husband was, and the technician called when he arrived and explained everything clearly. They shampooed, agitated, and deodorized the carpets, and took extra care with the areas where our dog had accidents. I was especially impressed with how the stairs turned out--while they weren't heavily soiled, they tend to trap a lot of dog hair from daily use, and they came out looking really clean and refreshed. After doing thorough research I decided they would meet my expectations so I booked an appointment for the royal package. They showed up on the day of the schedule appointment, reviewed my square footage estimates I had given and was given an acceptable agreed amount. He went right to work starting with pre treatment and working from the top down. I was told he could do all services requested in about two hours. I have four cats and are in door cats so I sat on door duty watching 'just in case' one or more might be curious enough to dart out the door. It remained open while he worked allowing for the hoses he needed to complete the job. I watched him work hard and fast, his attention to detail and his diligence in the job he was doing was outstanding. I knew some stains would not disappear but might improve and I was impressed with the results. When he got through, my carpets looked like new! I was happy with the job and would gladly have them back for future jobs. ( they do tile and grout cleaning as well as upholstery). They accept cash, plastic or check. For the amount of square footage he covered and the types of pre and post treatment that was provided I feel it was well worth the price.
