Absolutely FLOORED. Our carpets in the condo I'm pretty sure are at least 10 years old if not older. I don't know if they were ever shampooed or cleaned at all. He told me everything was included in the price pretreatment, scotchguard etc didn't do any of it told my husband it would be additional costs for those things. Said the carpet was really dirty we were moving had movers in and out regardless that's what we hired him for I could've did this with my carpet cleaner. Very likely the most thorough cleaning my carpet has ever gotten. Gus is communicative, and respectful of my time and my home. He explained everything thoroughly and even gave me advice on how to treat pet stains properly & effectively without using chemicals. I waited until a few days after the cleaning to see if any stains resurfaced--it's been half a week and they have not. He uses a multi-step process and even with that, it only took a little over two hours (11-1:30) to complete three bedrooms, one office, a hallway and stairs plus four dining chairs. So my boyfriend accidentally spilled a cup of paint and it splattered everywhere. I honestly tried different hacks that I read online and nothing was working. So I submitted a quote request on yelp and received different responses but no one was really available for same-day service.
