As you can imagine my heart sank, this was a special gift I had planned and now it was not going to happen. I emailed Ryan and he went down to the shop and finished my project and waited for me to come pick it up. Ryan went way out of his way to ensure we had Christmas joy at our home this year. I cannot thank Ryan and the staff at Amplify Awards enough for making it happen for us. My wife is going to so happy, and you know what they say, happy wife happy life!!! Thank you again Ryan!!!! As on 6/5/26, I STILL do not have my order, nor has anyone from the company had the courtesy to even provide basic customer service by responding to the email sent in May. I reached out again today. We are moving next week and I don't hold out much hope of getting the items - since I can't get any response. So my message was to cancel the order. GM has THOUSANDS of employees right here in TN where the company is located. But they can't seem to fulfill orders or answer customer requests. I was going to place another order. There's no point though, since I couldn't even get the products ordered over 4 months ago. Oh! The confirmation email stated the items would be produced and delivered in 2 - 4 weeks. It's been OVER 4 MONTHS!! With this lack of customer service, I would not recommend ordering any products from here. SMH.

Small space, but they are packed with all the goods that make them a hot spot for the latest Nashville goods, especially the hats. I had been meaning to visit their other brick and mortar locations, so when I saw this spot, I was relieved and excited. I scooped up a hat, as one normally does, and got back to the mission that initially brought me to Opry Mills. Selection of hats is solid, they also have a few racks of shirts and tops, plus a few random items such as koozies. Service was friendly and helpful when needed. Overall, solid spot that I am glad has a home in Opry Mills now!
