Needing floor tile, shower tile, and pool tile, we scoured Floor & Decor for two consecutive days seeking the right combination of colors and textures. Each option was well labeled including the tile name, the recommended grout color used in the display, and whether or not it would suffice as a shower floor, pool tile, wall only, or floor only. These are not clearly labeled at competitor stores. What we found during our search were helpful employees who were available without being intrusive, a designer who assisted with the aesthetic layout of our project, and endless choices of tile from high-end to ultra-affordable. My non-stick cookware is shot; the stainless cookware no longer meets my needs; the internal battery in my rice cooker (which I can't replace) is dead; and the toaster oven has become a mess that is impossible to clean and occasionally burns food. So after several months of research and waiting for their Memorial Day sale, I made the trip out to Cool Springs to do some shopping. I was helped by Ms. Teresa. She walked me through the entire process of what they had in store vs what we were going to have to order online and have shipped. She then answered all my questions and even suggested some less expensive alternatives to help me stretch my budget while saving money. I had brought a measuring tape with me to measure the toaster oven I was looking to get, but before I could get mine out, she had already acquired one from behind the sales counter and was measuring it for me. If I had one complaint, and this is by no means Teresa's fault, I wish William Sonoma made it easier to get a price match in-store for items that are not available for purchase in-store. I didn't expect William Sonoma to carry a significant selection, let alone the model of Zojirushi rice cooker I wanted in a store located in a part of the country without a significant presence of Asian Immigrants (compared to the West Coast).
